If I could give it zero stars I would. This post office is TERRIBLE!!! The postal carriers do not do their jobs properly, they lie and say they leave notices when they apparently dont feel like delivering things. I have had more things damaged through the mail by them that I can even count and they cannot even manage to be smart enough to put the flag down so that you know when the mail has been picked up. One of the mail carriers actually argued with me over this saying it isnt important. Well, maybe not to him, because it isnt his house or his mail obviously. I am beyond disgusted with the USPS. They are a joke. Only thing is they basically have us over a barrel with no other options. They quite clearly DO NOT value their customers and they are hiring just about anyone today to fill positions to young people who dont know their rear from their elbow and meanwhile people who would love a job like that and would do a great job if had the opportunity cant find one. I would like to know who the heck hires these people?!?! If you happen to go into the Woodbridge office there is one man (employee) older man, who is very rude to customers. My friend was in there not too long ago and he said he was right behind him leaving out the entrance door and he saw him and let it slam in his face. This is a PRIME example of the service at the good ol USPS. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

I compare the USPS to a very non-responsible thug off the streets who takes no responsibility for his actions, doesnt care whom he offends, and thinks he can get away with anything. These are the people working in these government jobs. Sickening! When you call with a problem they really dont care about the public at all. What do they care if youve been waiting on a package and it doesnt show up at all or if it arrives looking as though the mailman or delivery person (whomever/whatever they decide to pass it off on for the day) jumped on it like a trampoline. Or they just drop the box on your doorstep even if marked fragile. It just seems to get worse with each day. And the absolutely worst part is THEY DO NOT CARE!!! The people specifically (most of them) in the Fords office are very seldom helpful and they always seem to carry an attitude especially this one older woman with long dark hair who always looks stone-faced. They act like they are doing you a HUGE favor when in actuality they wouldnt even have a job were it not for the people who come in there. So....miss priss with the long hair and the constipated face, remember in the future to treat your patrons a little better. I know several people who dont even want to go to this post office or the Perth Amboy one because of the rudeness you get from USPS employees and their lack of care attitudes. Sad....very sad.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a small package delivered to my apartment on Feb 2nd. It was more than small enough to fit in my mail box. The item shows it as delivered but I never received. I called and spoke to the post master Tony and he said the mailman was out for a day or 2 and would get back to me. I called back 4 days later and he said he hadnt found anything out and that mailman will be out for a week or 2 now. I asked him what am I supposed to do about the package and he said "I dont know what do you want me to do ". Then I asked "So guess since I have to wait 2 weeks for the mail man to "remember" what he did with my package I am screwed over? Tony replied "Yep" and hung up on me. This will be reported to the main USPS company and I will follow up with it until something is done.

The only reason there are such low reviews is because people only review a post office when they want to complain. This post office isnt bad at all. My experience with this post office has always been perfect. The carrier delivers my parcels as best as he can - always to my front door, then to the mailbox if it isnt full, and then to the post office. And when I go to pick up stuff from the post office its just in and out - although the lines can get huge around lunch time or right before closing time. Posting stuff has also always been fairly painless. My only complaint is that Saturday deliveries are almost non-existent, despite what Amazon Prime says, but Im sure thats because those are handled by the Edison office.

there the worst shipping company in the world. they suck they damaged my package. the second time they done that. they dont know how to read that package says FRAGILE. they mess up your package. they rob your money. and they dont even offer you insurance for your package in case something happens. but they do offer you that your package will get there f***** up. i recommend everyone to not ship anything with usps.

I was there and a front desk black guy for not reason start acting stupid there was a Spanish guy front of me asking some questions in Spanish and he laugh of him and tell him that he dont speak any Spanish and then when its was my turn he start speak Spanish to me that was very rude from him what he did with this guy that was very rude but about the other team worker the Indian guy its very polite i like him.

Terrible customer service they should put supervisor to see how bad the from desk employee treat people. They should give them a training about how to be nice as front desk, I will love that they close that office so like that we will go to another town to pick up the package that maybe they will be less rude. Just one guy that I thinks is the manager is the only one u can talk nice in these office

I was tracking a package online. The package went out for delivery in my town on a friday morning and i had still not received it by saturday afternoon. Called the following tuesday and still no update on the status. Theyve now informed me the specific person isnt in (dont even know who they were blaming it on at this point).

O stars. They "delivered" my package and according to the tracking number it was left at my mailbox... there is nothing in my mailbox.... its really expensive package and I guess they placed it in the wrong mailbox .... They are not helping me get my package.... Need my money back Worst experience ever

I rarely send mail out but the one time I had to I was sending a package over to Israel and the clerk was very helpful and patient with me informing me what packaging I needed to use and try her best to keep the price affordable.

Checked my tracking number and it said out for delivery, 2 hours later it say sorting complete, I called and they said they were going to deliver it. My package never arrived. In my opinion I beleive you beed better staff.
