Great Post Office.. My Mail Man is super nice, along with the staff inside the Post Office. I recently had a lost package and spent about 15 min on the Phone with Susan.. She tracked it down for me and even had it sent out that very day.. i couldnt believe it.. She knew I was stuck at work and couldnt make it before they closed, so she sent a driver out and had it delevered!! That was super sweet and im shocked at the constant A+ Customer support. Thank You!

The Matawan Post Master is horrible. I live in the Aberdeen Station apartments and they refuse to deliver our packages to our door. Mr. Post Master, please explain the job of the United States Post Office? Now please explain where my package is that you said was delivered to the Aberdeen Station Apartments office. It is clearly not there. I checked with two of the employees at the office and there is no package

Horrible customer service. I didnt choose the correct type of shipping online for my package, which was my fault, except when I asked if I could just redo it at the office I was told I had to go home and do it online. If youre just gonna tell me to do everything online then what do I need you for?

My girlfriend and us move out of matawan in FEB. They still havent sent our Mail to our address yet and been calling n filling out change of address firma because keep saying never gotten form until may! Worset post office ever! Plus we still havent gotten any Mail from matawan at all!!

I think the postmaster is not only unhelpful but horribly impatient as well! The ongoing issue of package deliveries to our home addresses is reflective of a post office unwilling to deliver packages to us despite the fact we pay for package delivery to our homes.

Ive been here several times & never a problem. Dont know what the negative reviews are about. Our mail man is great & whenever I go to this mail branch, it has always been pleasant. Employees are friendly & helpful.

Always say delivery attempted when none was made! Then Im expected to go pick up the package myself. Problem is there is no accountability when it comes to the post office so they can do and lie however they want.

Still waiting for the ads=Stop and shop/Shoprite, etc. This is Saturday!! I should get them on Wednesday!!! They have to get more postal workers to deliver the mail EVERY DAY!!!!!!
