Got to be the worse. They are unruly, do not care about the patrons, lazy, rude, you name it. They have the mentality of "you dont like it, go elsewhere".... Ive written to the Post Master General in DC with a certified letter explaining everything. What do they do? Forward the complaint to the LF post master. She is the problem. She lies constantly, refuses to do her job. If you complain to her, she says shes only an employee and the post master is not around. You cant fix this post office without firing everyone there except for a couple of their full time delivery people. Another person said what I can confirm. A female constantly yacking on her cell phone while walking. I was expecting 2 packages that day. Small enough to put in her bag. I greeted her to accept the mail. I asked if she had any packages, she said no but shed check. Sure enough, she produced 2 packages from the truck in minutes. Why are they allowed to go this long without an investigation? They are a prime example while the Post Office is failing in general. I also just tracked a recent package get to the Edison PO, go to LF, (where is should have been accepted), go to Saddle Brook, to Jersey City, back to LF where it stayed. That is not the first time..... I cant believe nothing can be done. I even submitted this to the BBB.

I do my best to avoid using USPS at all means but sometimes its impossible. It happens on a weekly basis that a package that was out for delivery wasnt delivered for various untrue reasons when the truth is they dont feel like working anymore. I witnessed this once first hand. I saw the mail truck a block up from my place and I chased it down to try to get a package that was kept undelivered for 3 days in a row. The lady driving the truck was on her phone talking to a friend, and while I was lucky enough to get my package from her I heard her saying on the phone: "Alright, I dont feel like working anymore, Im done for the day" and she made a U-turn and left without delivering the mail to my building. So many times they leave a slip in the mailbox that delivery was attempted and then ignore my signed slip for days. Few times I made the trip to the post office and the package wasnt there. On few occasions they returned my package back to the sender for no reason. Front desk staff is just as rude and awful. That place is in serious need of changes.

Besides crappy business hours and long lines/slow counter people this post office is STILL one of the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ive had multiple packages that stated "out for delivery" but the postperson never delivered it and NEVER even left the card for it to be picked up. This post office has also had packages that were "out for delivery" and then sent back after being "tried" to be delivered once. Not a single one of the packages Im referencing needed signatures and I live in a private house in a nice town. I recently had 3 packages that were available for pick up because the post person tried to make a delivery. No card saying that they were there or anything. When I call up to make sure that is indeed still there and that they didnt sent it back they get nasty. This post office is terrible. If you live in Woodland Park or Little Falls pay whatever extra you can so you NEVER get any packages "delivered" by USPS.

Ive been going here for 10 years because it is close to my house. It is hands down the worst Post Office I have ever been in. Just look at the hours of operation. Opens at 10 A.M. I couldnt believe it, the first time I went at 9, and they werent open. It tells you how much of an effort they are making to serve their customers. I have gone there with lines out the door and surly workers taking their sweet time. Luckily some of the worst counter people have gone. Who ever is in charge of this mess should be fired.

Horrible. Wish I could give negative stars. No one answered the phone I called 10 times. So I had to go in to the post office. No one was at the front. Had to ring the bell 3 times. And five minutes later someone came. Was super slow and rude and clearly did not want to be there. Physically heard the other girl say "anything is better than being here." Both young girls were extremely rude

This post office is terrible. They constantly loose my package and when you speak to the employees over the phone, they are rude. Who ever is in charge need to fire the entire staff because if you can not deliver mail to the right address or can not provide adequate customer service, fire that person and hire someone who appreciates having a job.

This Post office has no managerial skills whatsoever. The Post Master is totally out of touch with the needs of the patrons. The internal managerial skills of this office is at best negligent..but in reality, they have minimal ability to handle their personnel and their postal patrons. Better put, inmates are in charge of the asylum.

Post office workers are knowledgeable and helpful. People say its slow, but I think thats just the time it takes. Really accessible and had most of not all standard services.
