Staff is for the most part friendly, theres always a wait no matter the time of day... being patient is not a problem, the supervisor is very rude! I came to pick up my package early in the morning because I knew I wasnt gonna be home by the time USPS came by. I spoke to the supervisor to see if I could get my packages before they were out for delivery, she asked how do I know if my stuff is at this facility. I would assume if your ordering something where theres one post office about 2 blocks down from your house, then it should be apparent your package would be there. So I showed her my Id and my phone with the tracking numbers saying arrived at post office. She then told me the packages werent sorted so it was impossible to get my stuff without going through thousands of things so I asked her if I could wait until sorting was complete and she told me her driver isnt going to go through thousands of things to look for my three packages, which I totally understand but she was being rude about it, as if my three little packages wasnt important and it was a chore. Dont waste your time here.

They will lie to you and say that they will have your package on hold For you to pick it up on the next business day , but when you go there since calls never gone through the manager will lie and tell you that the carrier did not leave it but he did left a note and he will not take further action by reaching out to the carrier and say that he will call you back and you will never get a call back its been 10 days . Its been more then 2 weeks and I needed the item for a military even and still havent received it or know where my package is.

Recently the lines have been very long due to lack of clerks on duty at windows and a high demand of passport customer service. They really need to have all windows occupied with clerks not just 2.
