Looked like The staff was nice until I actually spoke to her (a Kathy woman?) and told her that I needed a receipt of scan for 3 items I was shipping. She told me that it uses their paper and that I got a discounted price for printing thru PayPal so they shouldnt give me a receipt. Any other post office I have ever been to has never mentioned this to me before. I have always asked for receipts because of all the nightmares Ive heard of the staff losing packages but there is nothing they can do because it was never scanned by them. I pay for insurance so I sure would like to know that it wont get misplaced or lost! Excuse me for asking you to do your job!!!

Postal worker "Bob" is the most unfriendly, rude person Ive ever encountered in a post office. I have been here several times and seen him snap at people, make snotty remarks and is never pleasurable to deal with. Often times he is the only staff at the counter, so everyone is subjected to his nasty attitude. USPS should wake up and move this guy to a position where he doesnt deal with any customers first hand. He hates people, and clearly his job. I will never use this post office again, and will instead travel a few miles to Midland Park where the guys are always super friendly!

TERRIBLE place!!!! avoid ever having to step foot in the lobby some of the people working there are the most unfriendly human beings Ive ever met. I have also had a problem every single time either not being able to pick up a package or just having a tough time sending something. They have almost no shipping supplies and the minimal amount they do have costs a fortune. I try and avoid USPS as much as possible because of this place.
