I never had a bad experience going here throughout the years, and the only time I see a person behind the counter leave is when they need to get a package for someone or to get supplies requested by the customer. They help me and answer my questions, they joke around with the customers and my 5 year old. They are nice. The line can get long depending on what time of the day it is, but thats normal.

I just went in to mail off a small package. I showed her the sunglasses I wanted to mail off and the lady was so dismissive and rude I just walked out. Im headed to the Little Falls location. Never returning to this location again..4/4/17 @ 4:40pm. She had blond curly hair.

Mean mean mean people. Especially the woman in the express lane. Horrible place. Theres a line and the other person on the counter leaves. Its a shame how terrible this place is because they will never be disciplined or fired and they can act any way they want.

This is an exceptional US Post Office. I live in Little Falls but go to the West Paterson Post office because they are efficient, know how to deal courteously with people, and manage the flow of customers in and out of the store.

Very rude employees. I saw them talking down to and belittling an elderly lady who needed a little extra help. Someone needs to remind these idiots working here that they will someday get old and need help from others.
