This post office gives PISS POOR customer service. I truly thinking about writing the Mayor about this location. Back in September, I had ordered a series of merchandise from Amazon for my business. The Tracking Number indicated that the package were at the Orange post office and that it was out for delivery. By the end of the day I check the status and tracking told me that it was a Failed Delivery Attempt, but that was incorrect because the mail carrier never came by. The next day I went to the post office to get my package and I was told that it was out for delivery. Again the same thing happened; Failed Delivery Attempt. The next morning I went back to the post office right as they opened and I was told that my package was still on a truck, and about to be out for delivery. The clerk knew that I was upset but was insensitive and had the attitude that its not her fault. I asked for a supervisor. A woman came and explained the situation (the clerk should have done that), the woman said that she had my package. After about 15 minutes of waiting, she told me that she couldnt find it. I started fussing! Another supervisor came and told me that she will call the carrier and make sure that its delivered. She also gave me her direct number to call her at 7 pm, in case its not delivered. I was mad but I agreed and went home. Of course it wasnt delivered. I called her at 7pm, I waited on hold for about 20 minutes, then when she came to the phone, she didnt remember who I was, but once she remembered she told me, "Oh Im sorry, I forgot to call the carrier".... I was soooooo mad but I stayed nice and I asked her what else can be done. She told me that she will be sure to take care of it. FINALLY the next morning, after 4 days, I got my package. The next problem was that I was waiting on 3 more packages. And I had to go through the the same crap and even lost a package because it was put in a wrong mail box... smh Thankfully Amazon sent the small item, for free via FedEx. Also my husband ordered merchandise from overseas. After a month of waiting, as expected, we never got our packages. Finally we checked the tracking and our items were shipped back to Beijing AFTER being at the Orange post office for weeks!. We never got a package slip, a knock on the door anything! Now we hope to get a refund and it wasnt the senders fault! Orange post office workers are LAZY. They dont do their job and they have attitude when people complain. Theyre very unprofessional, and love to blame the carriers who fill in, from West orange. I will speak with my husband about talking to the Mayor because there needs to be attention put in these issues. Its crazy that out of all these reviews, they have only 1 star

I was supposed to have a packaged delivered to my apartment on Dec 16, 2016. They never attempted to even deliver the package. Which by the way was a CHRISTMAS GIFT. I called up there I would either get hung up on, put on hold and no one would ever come back to the phone, and/or no one would answer the phone & I mean its not like they are doing their job because I dont even get the damn mail. I called the 1-800 # they requested re-delivery of my item twice, I requested re-delivery THREEEEEEEE times and they completely ignored it. When I did get a hold of someone up there they told me "they cant find my package" YET the tracking location said it was at the Orange Post Office on Main Street. I checked the tracking last Friday and my package went everywhere BUT my apartment.. Orange, Kearny, Jersey City, Ohio then delivered to someones HOUSE in Kentucky. Needless to say its now January 26, 2017 and I have yet to get my package thank GOD the company gave me a refund of what I purchased. They really need to just FIRE everyone that works in this office because NO one does their job, they are rude and always have a nasty ass attitude. If it wasnt so hard for state employees to lose their job they might actually do some damn work.

I expected a delivery to come by yesterday according to the tracking system. August 12. The entire day the tracker said that the packaged arrived at the post office at 5:12 am on said day. The package was not delivered. This morning (August 13) I went to the post office around 10 am. I went up to the pick up window and the lady who "helped" me was rude from the get go. Talked in a very nasty tone and almost dismissed me as I did not have a delivery notice. I told her to look up the tracking number since I had the page opened in my phone. She probably looked in the back only to tell me to wait for it and if it didnt get delivered today I should go on Monday. It is 5:04 pm now and the tracker says at 4:52 pm a notice was left because no secure location was there for the package. Ive been home all day and who ever came by did not ring my doorbell. I go to the mail box and theres no missed delivery slip!! This is not the first nor last time Ive had or will have problems with the UNPROFFESIONAL INDIVIDUALS "working" at this post office. Just like many other unsatisfied customers I would love if this place would shut down. The USPS is the worst postal service in this country. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!

Within the past few months several of my delivers were returned to the Sender because the Mail Person have failed to come to my door to deliver my packages. More significantly I have had to pay for reshipping the items. I tracked a package that was out for delivery yesterday, the Mail Person NEVER came to my door never left a Slip, yet the USPS website stated I was unavailable for a secure delivery. I went to the Post Office today while the packages were out for re-delivery, Complained foolishly onto deaf hears after waiting an hour to speak to a Supervisor (what a joke). I sat in my living room from 12:30 PM until 4:00PM when the PO website again stated I was unavailable for signature. At least this time the Incompetent remembered to leave a Notice. It should not be so stressful just to get folks to do the job we pay taxes for them to complete. SHAME SHAME SHAME, I have lost all confidence, sad to say. Thanks

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I came in to send something overnight waited in line patient, there was only one person working, then they opened up another window, I was up next so I walked down to the window where a young lady name "farah" was working, she had thee WORST attitude EVER, she was very nasty spoke down to me the whole time, I was a little confused about what envelope to use for over night and she VERY NASTY told me that this is all suppose to be done before you get to my window so at this point at started to get very offended and questioned her attitude against me, she actually told me to shut up, yes FARAH told me to shut up in a work place smh...but I am on it im complaining to everyone I can complain too, if you dont like your job then you shouldnt be there, i was appaled, embarrassed and shocked at the way I was treated!!
