Arrived at 6:45 a.m. Saturday. Was first in line, but not by much. (You think Im joking? Oh no. No.) The other woman had brought a plastic lawn chair to sit in. Nice touch. Folks arrived slowly all morning. The place did not open its doors until 9 a.m. sharp (the hours listed everywhere online are incorrect). I was first in line but still waited for the clerk to call my number, which he did immediately... and then made me wait while he made several announcements, stopping repeatedly to pretend he was going to work on my forms, then stop to make more announcements. He should have these written down on a checklist to make sure he makes them all correctly. An opening checklist would be smart, too. Then he proceeded to flourish away over all my documents, repeatedly checking his pen supply, admonishing me about my sons cough... and asking me to use a mint. I HAVE BEEN SITTING IN MY CAR SINCE 6:45 A.M. DRINKING COFFEE, DINGDONG, MY BREATH WILL NOT SMELL LIKE ROSES. He made several mistakes while reviewing our documents--for example, when verifying that I am indeed my sons mother by matching the "mother" named on my sons birth certificate to my passport, he looked at the delivering obstetricians name, then my passport, and declared them a match. They are NOT. (He said her name out loud, so I know which one he was looking at. It is not even close to my name. ) He repeatedly referred to our application as standard, despite our request for EXPEDITED service. Thank goodness he affixed the correct sticker to the form (thank goodness) and charged me the correct amount. They do NOT accept credit cards, regardless of what you read online. They also do NOT have a public restroom. If you go to this office, prepare to use the buddy system so you can take turns waiting or taking bio breaks. This place is never less than horribly packed--this morning was our THIRD attempt, which was why we had to file an expedited passport request and resort to getting up early to be first in line.

I cant believe this place is allowed to do passports with only 2 employees present, An African-American woman there named Wanda is not only rude and slow but she takes 10 to 15 minute breaks after each person she processes while the other employee Michael is fast and efficient, his only problem is that he talks very loudly and lets everyone know your business.Wanda on the other hand,is a slick, time stealing employee,if she had to process more than 1 application,She becomes very rude and if you respond back in kind ,She passes you over to Michael,I should know because I was there for 4 hours today and had her pegged after first hour,And of course when it was my turn, I had 3 applications to process and she became loud and belligerent the minute I placed the paperwork in front of her,she proceeded to complain to Michael that she didnt have a lunchbreak, and when I asked her to please process my paperwork, she said I was rude and she wasnt gonna process me,Wanda reminds me that you can pass a test and put a uniform on, but your still GHETTO! She should be fired for stealing so much time and denying her partner the right to a break. The one time a Supervisor came out, He looked like hed just woken from a nap and stepped out of a bad Joe Pesci movie,I pray that never have to go there again, and as Wanda I will be following up with a formal complait...

No one at the post office even attempted to look for my package. Despite the fact that I went down there twice and called several times. No one from the post office ever contacted me back either despite me giving my contact information to them multiple times. The woman working at the post office even went as far as to tell me they dont hold packages at this address. Which I find hard to believe considering I can see the walls behind her lined with packages . Apparently, the woman was just to lazy to get up and actually look for it. It was a collectors item and it even had insurance on it. Unfortunately, the added protection the seller used for the package (tracking number, insurance and having to sign in order to accept it) werent much use because the staff at Paulison Ave couldnt even be bothered to look for it. Every time I went there or called the story changed. The first time the tracking number supposedly wasnt valid, the second time the package didnt have an address on it and finally I was told it didnt have my name on it. The problem only got resolved when my mom told our local mail woman (Theresa) about the post office not being able to find the package and she checked to see if it was there. She found it in less than a day and brought it to our house. Im very grateful for her help in finding the package.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! No one answers the phone!! The employees are the rudest people Ive ever met! I understand you have to deal with people everyday but this is your job! Never returning here again I wish the woman had a name tag that was so rude to me. On top of that, this place is packed with atleast 100 people and the two women are sitting here watching videos on the one womans cell phone while all of us wait. Then the one employee disappeared for an hour! The only one that was actually making progress was the man who worked there, for every one costumer the woman employee saw he saw at least 3 or 4! Then at 7pm (when they close) the "manager" comes out and tells everyone to pay attention to there number because THEY dont want to be there all night, Im sorry do you think we want to be there as much as you do?? You would think a manager or supervisor would jump on a register and help NOPE! I never once wrote a review about a place but this forces me have to make an account just to warn people not to come to this place! Go online!! Or find a place with nicer employees I waited 3 hours! Oh yeah and no bathroom for the children who scream and cry that they have to go!

Ive literally NEVER given a place 1 star before but it didnt take more than 3 mins for this place to piss us off. We were under the impression that this place did mailing AND passports, not just passports ( i mean, what else would you expect when you see USPS? ) So we walk in trying to mail a simple letter, and we go up to the counter where there are only 2 men with about 30 customers. Were trying to figure out where to mail our letter so we wait until one of the 2 men at the counter are free. A lady walks away from this one man of indian descent and we say "excuse me" and then he IMMEDIATELY CUTS US OFF AND SAYS "No No you have to come back" when he had NO IDEA what we were about to ask him. At that point we were annoyed and pissed off and just went to the other guy who later told us that we cant even mail the stupid letter at that location .My point is 1. Specify that you are only a passport establishment and 2. FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THE WAY THEY TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THAT ONE MAN OF INDIAN DESCENT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT. ANY WHERE!
