I would give zero stars if that were possible. Although this is not the first time they have lost something or delivered to the wrong place but this is by far the worst. My federal tax return! Now ALL my info and my daughters is out there and theres nothing they can do. Even though they know the date and time do you not know what route mail I HAND you over the counter takes? It has a destination AND return address on it! Unbelievable! Useless! And not a smiling face ever in site! They should at the VERY least pay for my return to be overnighted and certified now and my subscription to lifelock Im now forced to get! Thanks HP PS you are a shinning example of the downhill turn this town has taken.

They are not as effective. They keep telling these who wish to send me mail, or companies I order from I dont exist and there Id no residence. When clearly, there are eletrics, and cable bills coming through as well. Im very upset with the way they handle the situations, by dealing my fault... I wrote my dates right, and they couldnt read. I think they finally figured it out. I think.. we shall see.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Heaven forbid they even lift their heads up to look at you when being addressed. Service was deplorable and they seemed more interested in turning the customer away than helping. At least they gave me a list of alternative locations to take my business to so I dont ever have to suffer through that again.

A package of special books was misrouted to Hyde Park from Springfield center. Misscanned in HP and put in the "mail stream" to correct PO. Now it isnt being tracked and no one knows where it is or when it might get to the right location.

They suck. Every package gets a delivery exception. God forbid they get off there ass and do their job. They cant even close my mailbox all the way. Every time it rains I have wet mail. Monkeys could do a better job.
