Blonde her lady at this post office is so RUDY, NASTY and down right HATES her job! Her name is Leslie Larson, do yourself a favor and stay away from her as she will over charge you, make you wait so long you could have delivered the mail yourself. She disappears for 20 minutes at a time into the back with no one else present with the line being out the door. But her attitude is crazy nasty, like she is retarded in someway. She does not care about the customers in anyway. I think its time for me to report her to the POST MASTER! I have had enough, this has not happen once or twice - I have had bad experiences with her over 20 times and I have always said to myself maybe she having a bad day. But enough is enough - she is always having a bad day

There is one woman Leslie in-particular that is so hateful you dont want to step foot in the post office. I placed my item in a priority mail express box and accidentally wrote the wrong address, when I went to get another box I was told I would have to pay for the box or the post master would have me arrested and prosecuted for theft. I paid for the box and a 2nd box. I later went to the Rahway post office and was told the boxes are free and I may even take a few to keep on hand. I also went on line to the website and also noticed the boxes are free. Just a person with a black soul. Im forced to give one star which is a gift.

I had very bad experience with this I went today evening to send one mail I ask Clark their Name Bhavna how long will this take to deliver with regular mail she said we dont know it will take couple of day I asked her again couple of days means any time frame 5 day or 1 week or how long she raised her voice and tone at me and start saying you dont understand I said couple of day. My lord I cant believe this happen in USA that bad customer services that by asking one question they get mad at you .

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Called to ask if a package was ready for pick up and without even knowing who i am said nope nothing for you. I asked if he knew who was calling he said if anything go to rahway..... What type of customer service do they have here that just say the first thing that comes into their mind. Ontop of everything they hang up on me! This office should be cleaned out of useless people and restructured with more people friendly staff

Good not agree more with all of these bad reviews. Yes the albino lady that works there is the absolute worst human being in the world. Probably does have some brain damage from her years has a failed stripper. Also she has sex or sexual favors for post masters and supervisors so nobody will ever get her in trouble. I feel bad for the people of Colonia they deserve much better service but I do not see a change in the foreseeable future .

I would go negative stars if I could. The old lady that works here is UNBEARABLE. she is intentionally slow, even when working alone and a line of ppl reaching the door. This woman is a customer service nightmare, and shes doing it on purpose. Thats some sense if job security shes got going, over there. Our tax dollars at work, Colonia.

I just walked out the door. 4:02pm. The woman on the end with blonde hair is very rude and nasty.. She should find a new job. The other two women were very pleasant. I will never go here again. Its a shame one bad apple spoils the bunch

I called, asked what time they are open until, and was put on hold; I have now been on hold for 8 minutes. Why couldnt they just give me an answer instead of putting me on neverending hold? Ridiculous.
