Ive been a PF black card holder on and off for the past few years, like to travel and move around a lot so Ive been to numerous PF locations in NY state & the country. I can honestly say this is the WORST Ive ever stepped foot in. Lets start with the basement...the mens locker room. The mens locker room here is the most horrid and retro locker room Ive ever used! The puke green tile floors looked filthy even after they were recently mopped (hoping the drying water marks all over were in fact from cleaning...) The lockers, many of which were broken, all had a musty/sweaty smell to them. Only two little benches that look like theyre falling apart, top it off with mildew laden showers and we have the worst locker room for any Planet Fitness. Seriously renovate that basement locker room. I know locker rooms arent exactly the most sterile and wonderful places on earth but this being the first thing to experience at your location was a major turnoff. My second gripe with this place is the location itself. Very small, doesnt have enough machines, feels dingy and the foam flooring is ripped, dirty and popping up everywhere. It feels like this gym has been here since the 80s. Please take some pride in your franchise and do a renovation upstairs as well as that wretched locker room. I cant even imagine how packed and stuffy it gets when more than 10 people are in here exercising during peak hours. Luckily I visited this location around midnight on a weekday so it was empty. So very disappointed and taken back with this location. Owners should consider leasing a larger space in the area or renovating both floors if they cant afford more square footage.

Cancelled my membership the only way I could because I no longer live in town, by sending a letter through the mail. Unfortunately, this was on the day when PF charged me a $29 yearly membership fee. I had been a member for at least three years. I requested a refund considering I have not lived in the area for quite some time and had just cancelled my membership the day after getting charged. They refused. I work for a company that has similar member fees for our services. If you decide to cancel your contract ONE DAY after paying for it, we are happy to issue a refund! Its good customer service. Not to mention I had already given them hundreds of dollars from years past. If they had not had this archaic way of cancelling memberships it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Why cant there be a way to cancel online or over the phone? Ridiculous! If you can, stay away. Its not worth their cheap monthly fees. The gym is dirty all the time and the equipment is junk anyway. You get what you pay for I guess.

OKAY GYM! THE GYM IS FILTHY! DIRT AND DUST EVERYWHERE. ALSO THE GYM CONSTANTLY HAS A STUFFY AND VERY SMELLY ATMOSPHERE! THE OWNER WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS AS WELL! I HAVE BEEN TOLD HE IS TOO CHEAP TO HIRE A PROPER CREW, AND TAKE CARE OF THE AIR QUALITY ISSUE. HE WILL NOT REPLACE THE LIGHTS IN THE TANNING BOOTHS AS WELL! I HAVE A BLACK CARD FOR NO REASON B/C THE TANNING MACHINES DO NOT WORK YET I CAN NOT CANCEL IT BECAUSE OF THE $58 FEE! OTHERWISE THE STAFF IS GREAT IN DOING WHAT THEY CAN AND THE REPLACEMENT OF THOSE OLD BROKEN DOWN MACHINES IS A PLUS.

This gym is TOTALLY a trap !!! Please do yourself a favor NOT to join this gym!!! Otherwise you will DEFINITELY regret!!!! Do NOT pay membership fee using your checking account !!! This gym continues to charge you after you cancel your membership and you will NEVER get your money back!!! Be aware!!!!!!!! I called FOR MONTHS and have not go a penny for reimbursement !!! The manager ANTHONY said he needs to wait for the Owner ALVIN comes to discuss for the reimbursement. BUT THE OWNER NEVER COMES for MONTHS !!!!!

Overall this gym wouldnt be so bad if they cleaned it a little. I cant for the life of me see how they rehab the bathrooms and many of the machines remain out of order and the several others are never cleaned. Garbage pails are often overflowing. Soap dispensers in the bathroom always seem empty.

The manager Anthony and the owner Alvin continued to charge membership fee for months after the members cancelled their membership. They promised to do the reimbursement but they never do it. They promised to do the reimbursement but they never do it.

Nice to work out in the morning since is always empty, only 2 o 3 folks normally around. Staff is awful, they dont even greet you or smile when you check in, poor service when you have a question, they could do better.

Because as it states, its a judge free zone. Personal trainers are on call for assistance and it is a friendly environment. On addition to the above, it has every thing you need to effectively work out.
