When we had a sudden sewage backup in our basement we called Roto Rooter of Westchester and they came the same day to help us with our plumbing issues. Edwin the plumber who was assigned to us, was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. We was honest in telling us that he may not be able to help us (meaning it could have been a septic issue vs a drain backup) and that we wouldnt know until he did the work. Luckily it was the pipe and Edwin was able to fix the backup within a short time period. Thank you again for your service.

Miguel # 266 did an excellent job handling our plumbing needs. He was able to clear out a blocked main, fix problems related to our laundry unit, and fix a disposal that was not working properly, as the result of a faulty install job handled by a plumber NOT affliated with Roto-Rooter. This was a dirty, late-night job, and Miguel was friendly, patient, courteous, thorough, explained everything, and left the place as clean as it was before he arrived. To say the least, we are very happy with the service. Thank you.

Couldnt be happier. Our tech Edvin from the Hawthorne office was friendly and professional. As we were unable to leave the house at the time, Edvin was able to go out and secure a new faucet. When we couldnt proceed due to our main water valve he politely offered to return as soon as we were ready. When he came back the following week on a Saturday evening, the installation was done in a quick and professional manner. I strongly recommend. Thank you Edvin and Roto-Rooter. Ken P.

Thank you for great service! We called Roto-Rooter Plumbing (Bronx - Yonkers) on a Saturday with an emergency situation and the response was very professional, helpful and efficient. The person who answered the phone was immediately able to retrieve our records from a previous service call. The serviceman arrived within an hour and promptly took care of the problem. We were very impressed with the service and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again!

SOLVED THE PROBLEM AS PROMISED..Tech was stuck in traffic because of the bad weather today but when he finally arrived he was still very nice to deal with and cleared by main sewer line without a problem. The staff was also customer service orientated, they called numerous times to let me know of the traffic situation and to keep me updated.............plumbing-westchester ny

Edwin # 22-1879 was excellent with a difficult job in a difficult cramped setting --he did not frustrate -- was constructive and did a excellent job -- he was also clean and left the work site exactly as he found it this plumbing job (replacing my basement sump pump-- below grade plumbing) in Croton on Hudson was completed completely to satisfaction

Edwin from Roto Rooter Plumber in Hawthorne, NY did a fantasstic job. He was courteous, prompt, had a great sense of humor and even got along with my two Boston Terriers, which is a feat in itself. Great job -- I would highly recommend using Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs, especially in an emergency.

Last Sunday, 7/12/09, I needed someone to snake my pipes. My laundry room was taking on water everytime I did a load of wash. Horatio came to the rescue and saved the day. The line from the washing machine to the main was clogged. He was efficient, courteous and timely, especially on a Sunday.

I had a plumbing emergency in Westchester NY on a Sunday, and was told that somebody will come within 2 hours. The repairman was being delayed and dispatcher called to apologize and let me know that he will be 1 h late! Work by Jeff was done quickly and no mess was left.

If you need your drain snaked, you would be smart to use this company.The service man who came to our house was very professional,hard working ,and friendly. He was very neat and had the problem taken care of very quickly. I would recommend them to any who asked.
