Terrible. I called to try to get my heat fixed in this freezing weather. They gave me a 3 hour window appointment but cant seem to guarantee that anyone will show up in that 3 hour window. What is the point of an appointment if no one is going to come? This happened 2 days in a row despite being patient and waiting beyond the 3 hour window that they provided. I understand that its busy season and that there are emergencies, but they need to get things together.

If I could give ZERO stars thats what Id give. The workers are rude, unprofessional, and arrogant, along with their office staff. Dont use this company for anything unless youre willing to accept uncalled for attitude for everyone that you will deal with. *RUDE* *RUDE* *RUDE*
