first they scheduled me for an 11:30 to 12:30 window. Then they emailed the day before saying they put someone else in my time slot and moved me from 1-4, meaning i basically had to be available at home the entire day. 3:30 rolled around and still no call or indication that they would be here before 4. i called and spoke with the receptionist, Michelle, who has been very nice (the only reason i gave this even one star), but she told me she couldnt reach the guys and when she finally did they had her tell me they were stuck at another job and werent coming. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and im really disappointed, because they came to me on recommendation.

My father has been using this company for many many years. So I had a hot water heater in my home break and it caused a huge leak in my boiler room. My father told me to call these guys. I called them and they were the best. They showed up on time and were neat and very professional. One of the owners named Paul even called me the next day to see if everything was working properly. Paul you have a customer for life.

Refuses to provide insurance for work. Called them out on it, and they said I need to "send a check first". Obviously I said no - like car insurance, plumbing insurance is a MUST. The boiler they worked on stopped working. Asked for visit/maintenance, and they claimed they no longer do work for me because I didnt send the check. Bound to be doing something shady in the background. Not trustworthy.

Our pipes backed up in the basement. I called them at about noon and they were at my house in an hour. They were courteous, explained everything, and fixed the pipes pronto. The total cost of the job was $212 and it took them about 20 minutes to do it. Would most definitely use them again!

I needed to call a plumber due to a pipe burst on my rental property In Forest Hills. I called Kew Forest and they were able to show up Quickly. They replaced the pipe and got the water back on quickly. The fee was reasonable and the work was done right. I am glad I found them

These guys charge $500-600 plus for an issue and dont take responsibility if they cant fix it. They left things worse than before they got here and then just abandoned the project with our money. Unfortunately this is standard practice it seems by contractors these days.
