ABSOLUTELY Terrible Experience do not use these guys. Me and my wife had bought our new gas stove top and we liked to have it installed by a professional to connect it to a gas line. I had taken a work day off and waited for them all day and called me at the time they were supposed to be at my house that they had to reschedule til the next day. I was not happy I had to stay home from my job again for this simple job. The technician came then next day and was very polite and friendly and simply connected the stove to the gas line. He quoted us at 379 dollars! I called and tried to argue that the job was very simple and the technician was there for less than an hour should not cost no more than 150 dollars and all they offered was to take away the 59.99 service fee. Warning you now if you are in the Queens area use HUB they are much more professional and their customer service is much more reliable.

Horrible. The Service Man was polite and friendly. The company however quoted us $59.99 to access the problem. Supposedly, if they fix the problem, the fee goes towards the final bill. The Service-man accessed the problem and a part was needed, so he went to the local parts store. Quote we received from Bluewater for the part was $425, so we said, "no thanks!" Service-man came back and left us with the old part, nothing fixed and A BILL for over $400. Incredible! BlueWater told us the main value in the cost of the part was the knowledge to understand what it was exactly. Told him we had the internet for that. Looked it up and in five minutes found it online for $150. Bottom line: expect to be up-charged for everything. A lot!

I just had Blue water plumbing install a new gas boiler, water heater, and move numerous pipes so I could install a clothes dryer and washing machine in a very tight space. The owner Roger came twice to my house, responded immediately to emails and returned calls quickly. The house my wife and I bought had a really old boiler and water tank heater. His prices were lower then several others and he had a can do spirt. Another plumber indicated that youll never get all equipment (boiler, water heater, washing machine, and dryer) in that small space. He did it and the plumber that installed it Nathen, was neat, professional, and very friendly. They install everything with no cost over runs!
