These guys run a completely farudulent operation, stay away. Had a frozen water main. Promised to come to my house at 185$ service call on a weekend and then give quote for completion of work. They guy came in 6 hours late. Then promised to complete the work for 1100$. Started working over night and left the electrical equipment to heat the line over night. Came in next day again 4 hours late and stated he had bad equipment. Then turns it on overnight agian (unattended). Then I called the town and they stated running such equipment unattended can be very dangerous. I had to physically turn of their their equipment and keep it aside to call another plumber with the right equipment to do the work!!!!! 2 days in a hotel and missing work!!!! Not to state the dangerous practices!

They went above and beyond my expectations in customer service (which is hard to find these days) When my hot water heater flooded my basement I had used them. They were priced fairly and honest especially since I called them after business hours. This was over a year ago so when my mother in-law had a leak in her basement I called them back. Again they were courteous and professional. They also saved her a ton of money!! Two of the original plumbers she had called wouldnt even do the job, her main water line had a leak and there was no shut off valve. Drain Doctor not only did the job but did it quick and at a fair price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber

Went down into the basement and found it flooded with what I only wished was water. Drain Doctor came over very quickly that same morning and cleared the stoppage, correctly identified the source of this reoccurring problem and outlined a plan for a permanent fix - an option that hadnt even been suggested by a competitor. They even cleaned up the very smelly mess the main sewer line had expelled before they had arrived - again, unlike a certain competitor. Would definitely recommend.
