5.0 star rating 1/4/2014 Friday, 01/03/14, 22 below zero and suddenly the heat stops working at 10:00pm. I called at least 5 "Emergency Service" Heating agencies planning on taking the first one to call back. I receive one call, from Boyce & Drake Heating and Cooling. He explained that he was currently responding to another emergency call but would respond immediately after. I went to bed with multiple blankets hoping for a quick call back. Sure enough at approximately 1:00am he called that he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and thoroughly examined my 25 year old furnace and found that water had leaked onto the circuit board creating the malfunction. As it could not be repaired without this obscure part, it would have to wait till morning. The Repairman stated he would call me around 8:00am with the results of his search for the part. 8:00am the phone rings and it is Boyce & Drake, the part is not available. I ask about a new furnace(with new central air) might as well live large and 6 hours later I have a new furnace, with air. The basement is clean as a whistle and theyre gone and I have heat. I have to say I was more than satisfied with their response and their work. Nice people and immediate response. To the other two that called over 12 hours later and to the two that never called at all, please remove your "Emergency Service" from your ads as its false advertising.

The Boyce and Drake team came recommended to me from my coworkers. Based off that I hired them to install a new gas line for a new range. The technician who came to the house was extremely helpful and professional. The quality of work was outstanding. Two days later I smelled propane in the basement and called the B&D team back to check their work. They promptly came to the house at 9:30 at night, checked all the fittings, explained the smell which ended up being normal and put my worries to rest. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!

They came out to look at my ac unit and replaced a piece. Then a few days later the system completely stopped working. They came back out and told me I needed to replace the entire thing. I got a second opinion and the new company told me that Boyce & Drake left a piece off the unit and let all of the Freon leak out. The new company replaced the piece and refilled the Freon that fixed the problem. No new unit needed...Watch out! Theyre scammers!!
