I own both a single family residence and a small office building with 5 businesses in it. I have had great difficulty finding reputable and responsible plumbers for the last 4 years. At times I have waited months and made multiple phone calls to get a plumber to the site. I have been totally frustrated. Empire PSI worked with our difficult schedule to get us an appointment quickly. Dustin is exceptionally knowledgeable, a real professional and an expert in his field. He quickly found the problem, made his recommendations and resolved our problem. He also analyzed other issues we had and will continue working with us to get these resolved. I just had Dustin and one of his techs come by a few days ago for the Fall furnace tuneup. Last spring I had the same problem that Al had. The fourth fellow (probably in his 70s) confirmed what I suspected was my problem but still didnt have the time to do the repair. I had to make repair myself. If all goes well, Dustin will be around for a few decades training techs up into plumbers.
