---------------------DONT HIRE THESE INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS------------------- *DONT CONTRACT THESE GUYS* This company and its employees are incompetent, inadequate, incapable, ineffective, unfit and unqualified. DO NOT HIRE THEM Recently one of my tenants were having issues with their sewer system, the issue was a clogged pipe. These morons came to me saying "ah, the pump is broken, you gotta replace your pump, is gonna cost you 700 bucks for the pump and 200 to have me install it" (i of course didnt know at the moment the actual problem was just a clog). I pay the 900 dollars, the pump is replaced. The next day, my sewer pit is over flowing and *GOT MY ENTIRE BOILER ROOM FLOODED* I had my primary plumber come over and take a look ( he wasnt available the day before). Once my plumber took out the "replaced" pump turns out THE PUMP IS USED AND OLDER than the one i had in the first place. long story short my plumber replaced the pump with a new one. Later that day i call these incompetent idiots and i explain the situation and civilly asked for a refund and an explanation for the used replacement pump that i paid 700 dollars for, the woman on the phone just goes off on me and says "we dont do refunds" and hangs up on me. long story short i disputed the charge and the bank was able to refund my payment ---------------------DONT HIRE THESE INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS------------------- PS- I only gave them a one star rating because it was the lowest score i could give.

1) Made an appointment which they didnt show up on time and when I called them there was a delay 2) Waited 4 more hours and called them again - according to them they couldnt reach me because they had totally different phone number of mine (dont even know where they got that number from) 3) No apologies because according to the employee whom I spoke with, "its not my fault" + with an attitude 4) Rescheduled the appointment to the next day 5) Still didnt show up on time 6) Spoke with Manager and she said she is not sure who made this appointment but usually they dont book this early on my home area. Therefore, the Manager wasnt sure what time the person will be here to fix the drain (and very disrepectful on the phone) = which means I need to just sit and wait for them all day long ..? (No apologies again)

From the moment serviceman Ty arrived he seemed very upset and bothered. He did not want to be there at all. Whilst guided into the basement his attitude got worse, and more nasty than a moment ago. I know small talk isnt part of the job description but I do like someone who is happy instead of when I ask a question you respond in such a condescending manner. It is very unfortunate that he saw it fit to be in plain English a jerk, only because he was not doing this for free. Granted the job got done, customer service is not just thrown away. Attitude is a major element and Tys customer service was lacking greatly. Management here needs to be aware of whom they are sending out because Ty does not need to be going to other peoples happy and peaceful homes with such unpleasant vibes.

My sewer line was backed up and I called them up 5:30PM. They told me they would call me back in 2 hours when the guy was on his way. I got the call at 6:15PM. The guy was here 15 minutes later. He checked the lines, told me that my clog was inside and not outside. He ran the machine and cleared the clog and made sure that everything was draining properly. He asked if I wanted him to run the snake to the street, but since it was draining well, he recommended it but it wasnt necessary. I told him not to. He packed up his stuff and was on his way by 7:00. The charge was $49.95 plus tax, as advertised. I have no complaints and would definitely call them again. I experienced no attitude when on the phone, and the guy they sent was really nice and gave me good advice.

DO NOT USE THEM!! They were supposed to come btwn 11am and 2pm. They didnt get there until 4:30pm. They supposedly cleaned the sewer line, but the VERY NEXT DAY our toilet overflowed AGAIN. They came back a few days later and made us pay all over again to clean the sewer line because they said there was no guarantee for the original service. So obviously they either lied about cleaning out the clog the first time, or they suck at what they do. Either way theyre scam artists screwing people over. And they rip you off by charging a $10 fee if you pay by credit card or check instead of cash. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Used them for my Bed Stuy brownstone. Splattered sewer juice all over my wall and if I hadnt brought them a towel, theyd have left the mess unattended. Additionally, they knocked off and broke my meter. The entire 2 floor had no power until I hired an electrician to fix the problem. Talked to the owner. He told me that its my fault because my meter was loose and refused to rectify the problem. Called my bank and after I sent in pictures of what had happened my bank refunded me. Rude, unproffesional and a nightmare to deal with.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, truly the worst service Ive ever encountered. I called them a few days ago and they were 2 hours later than their window time and as a result, I wasnt able to pick up my kids from school on time! I had to wait 2 HOURS LONGER than what they stated was the window time, DISGUSTING! Also, the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, one of the WORST CUSTOMER service experiences I have ever had. DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! They screwed me over so badly!!! Dont let them screw you over too!!!

I used them for a few years , and the job depends on who they dispatched . They send me a remarkable looking white male one Saturday that showed me a few things . So I requested him back , again , and thats when the dispatcher curse me out telling me how unfair I was , because he send black guys there before who has done a good job . So they tell me to find someone else . I was so shocked

Awful company. The sewer line was clogged up a week after the work was performed. Their 30 day guarantee is garbage also because the 2nd time I had to pay again because they said the guarantee did not cover the same sewer lines in the same house 14 days apart. The rep that came out also charged to clean both lines even though later I learned only one was needed.

Called them to snake our bathtub, HORRIBLE SERVICE. The guy left a splattered mess all over the bathroom and had to throw away tooth brushes, toilet paper, etc. Had to call a second time to come back and they made us wait over an additional 2-5 hours. They hung up the phone on me and my wife. DO NOT USE! DISPATCH ARE VERY RUDE!

Very disrespectful people answering the phone.. Cursing...yelling.. With an attitude.. Nasty woman and supposedly she was the manager...thats not how you treat your customers.. Whoever is the owner better change the manager asap because you will lose alot of customers.. You already lost one!!!! Very very disappointed...
