At First my main sewer was clogged and making my first floor bathtub backup. I was nervous and first thing in my mind is RotoRooter because I heard my neighbor was advising me with a specific person that do care about your problem. He is Tony Casella(Jetting/#2430). He is helpful in such a way that he will give you an advise first before he does the job. during the cleaning, he found something that is weird. Tony Casella noticing that one of our sewer pipe is not running smoothly. Long story short, he said that if any backup again, we have to do a serious work on it. This is what I called he did a good job because my others sewer company that I hired did not said or mentioned anything like he mentioned to me. I believe no one will do that but Tony Casella. I mother of 3 will not get this awesome advice because he will not make me worries in the long run. I had several sewer companies but this one does the best. I advice you that If you have a problem, you should call your nearest Roto Rooter

A+ service ***** I needed my main house trap to cleaned. I entered my contact info on their online customer service portion of there website. I like the ease of use on there site & functionality. I was able to have someone call me to confirm a set date/time for service. Then they also called me the day of service 30 mins before arrival. Surprisingly the tech had been running late, due to another customers job running longer than planned, so they called me to update me as well. Upon his arrival I showed him the work area. He immediately knew what tools to get from his truck. He thoroughly cleaned the trap & gave me pointers on how to keep clean. I was greatful it all worked out as easily as it did. The tech was courteous, quick & mindful of the task at hand. I have other plans to use RR for other tasks. These are all my capital investments & are peace if mind as well as tax deductible. Had a great experience with Roto Rooter when two tubs in our home were not draining AT ALL. I was able to make an appointment online at 11pm for an appointment at 8am the next morning, which was amazing after making a few phone calls to local plumbers that could not fit us in their busy schedule anytime soon. The plumber who made the call, Magrenie, was great - friendly, nice, informative, and got to the problem right away. He spent almost two hours snaking each of the drains and provided tips on how to address the old pipes in our almost 100 year old home moving forward to help prevent any clogging issues in the future. The drains run better than they have in over a year - which Im extremely happy about! The work was pricey, but in my experience all plumbers are, and the convenience, ease and speed of appointment scheduling, and friendly service made it worth the money. I will be using them again for any other plumbing issues!

We just purchased a home in the northern Tampa area and were running our new washing machine for the first time when water started gushing from the drain pipe! I immediately stopped the washing machine and cleaned up the damage. When I noticed the tub and shower were backing up, I knew I had a clogged main sewer line. Since we are new to the area, we werent familiar with any local plumbers, so we called Roto-Rooter. Josh came out and inspected the situation and gave us a few options with corresponding pricing. The price he quoted for a main drain snaking seemed high at first, but he was there for nearly 2 hours ensuring that the snake was making it all the way to the end of our drain. He took great care in removing and replacing our toilet (to access the drain) and even re-caulked the base. He cleaned up his work area and most importantly, got the job done! It was well worth the cost!

We had a sudden leak in our family room bathroom late on a Friday night. Roto-Rooter responded to our phone call immediately, called us when they needed to reschedule to the early morning, and then called again. The plumber showed up at the time we were told, immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem with minimal damage to the dry-wall, and explained what had happened and what he was doing. This was all completed in under and hour and we were able to use a coupon to bring the price down $40 - and the coupon was on the Roto-Rooter web site! Before leaving, the plumber - Tony - let us know he lived near Croton-on Hudson and would be happy to return should we have any other problems. I was impressed with the responsiveness, the professionalism and a job well done.

We had a drainage issue in our kitchen. My husband called Roto Rooter because they have done exceptional jobs previously for us. A representative came out the same day and gave us an estimate. The work was complete in a very timely manner. The young man who did the work was one of the nicest young men we have been in contact with in a long time. Actually he and my husband had much in common. The work was thorough and relatively quick considering all that he had to do. The young man cleaned up after the job was done which is very important to me. Our home is close to 50 years told so he also explained to my husband what it would take and how it would be done to completely redo our plumbing system. We will always call Roto Rooter.

I woke up the other morning to find water everywhere in the Kitchen. It was so bad that even after I dried the floor I would step on a tile and water would Seep UP from between the grouting. It caused cracks in some of my tiles from where it made the subfloor swell and seeped out into the living room. After a quick search online for Plumbers I called Roto-Rooters. They had a technician out ASAP. He was prompt, courteous and thorough in his examination. He fixed the problem in a jiffy and then explained that if the problem persisted that it may be X Y and Z and recommended follow up services should the worst come to pass.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs emergency plumbing work done.

My family lives in the Tampa Bay, FL area. We have used Roto Rooter several times and we were pleased every time. This time, Roto Rooter did not disappoint. We scheduled our appointment online which was very convenient. We were regularly updated with the techs ETA. Our technician, Michael M., carefully listened to the problem and thoroughly addressed it. To our delight, we received a coupon discount and our dishwasher drain was successfully repaired. Michael wore shoe covers and cleaned up when he was done. The price was very fair for the work done AND we dont have to buy a new dishwasher. I will definitely call Roto Rooter again for any plumbing issue.

I needed a plumber to clear a shower drain that was clogged because the tile layer allowed the grout to go down the drain and harden. I called a plumber that had a special that cleaned any drain for $69. Well when the plumber came out he gave us an estimate of $3800 because he would have to remove all the tile and dig out the old drain. I told him I couldnt afford it and will get back to him later. Well, I thought of Roto Rooter because of advertising I saw. The technician, Mr Mynyr, came out quickly and described the procedure he was going to do and cleared the blockage within ten minutes.
