Been coming here roughly 10 years and in this age of dishonestly when it comes to auto mechanics, Ralph and his staff have renewed our faith in terms that there are still honest people in this business. He has personally taken care of several of our vehicles and on more than one occasion has assisted us during a stressful insurance process when our cars were involved in accidents . He is fair, reasonable , straightforward and will not perform any unnecessary work. Hes even provided us with a ride home (we live locally) when our vehicles have had some work done. There is a reason Sunwave has been in business in excess of 20 years and that is their attention to impeccable customer service and quality work. Kudos to Ralph and his entire staff.
