I had a car pull into my parked car in the local mall, dinging my bumper and back left side of the vehicle. The perpetrators insurance covered everything and let me pick my own shop to get my car fixed. I went with Bayport due to its close proximity to Hertz, from where I was being picked up and provided a rental. The mostly cosmetic repair took about two weeks to finish and the result left me wondering if I ever got hit at all. The only reason I am not giving it a perfect 5 stars was due to communication. I called the shop about 6 or 7 different days, each time being promised a follow-up call the next day. Only twice did I ever actually receive a call back. When I did manage to speak to the man in charge, he was very apologetic and offered to assist with rental payments, which luckily I didnt need (thanks, other persons insurance!)

I shopped around quite extensively after my car was rear ended. They had by quite a margin, the best price I found within 25 miles. It turns out that the work was done to the specifications the owner made. I strongly recommend them. Frank Mandriota

After having a few issues after my cars speedy fix here; the guys were more than happy to fix the problem. I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with so I truly appreciate their patience.
