I had a severe problem with my car and took it to a very popular establishment in Westchester county. My 2005 car wasnt operating correctly and I had to get off the Taconic parkway. I was able to make it one block to the above service shop. I was meet by a man named Dave, who turned out to be the owner. I am so happy that fate had lead me too this place. I explained that my car didnt feel safe. Dave immediately placed it in the air and told me what was wrong and that he could not let the vehicle leave in this condition, apparently the other shop had forgot to put a part in correctly. Im approaching 80 years of age and dont really drive at night. Dave knowing that I was far from home and with all the mechanics working, he began to do the work himself. He not only corrected the problem, put in a new part, he gave me coffee, He had me back on the road in an hour and a half. I cant express my appreciation to Dave for his kindness enough and when I got the bill and saw it was half of the other garage charged me, I started to cry on the way home. God Bless Dave and his business.

I find the shop staff knowledgeable, fair and professional. I brought my car there several times and I would go there again without hesitation. First time was when I hit a raccoon that caused some grill and radiator damage. Everything was fixed quickly, at fair price and without any unnecessary expensive side work being forced upon me. Moreover, the guys told me that they can work around the A/C condenser that was partially bent by an accident, which would have been an expensive repair most shop would insist on doing. The A/C is still fully functional. I also had some regular maintenance done there a few times (brakes, oil, filters, etc.) Its nice that the shop guys not just know cars very well, but they are friendly and helpful answering questions and explaining the problems. Not the evasive kind you often find with some car mechanics. I plan on using this shop and recommend it to friends.

My 1998 Honda accord broke down in the Taconic. I had the car towed to the closest shop. The shop told me that I needed a new engine. The job itself would cost more than the actual value of the car. A friend of mine recommended me to go to Klaus for a second opinion. Having nothing to lose, I paid to the get car towed to Klaus. The car was checked over and I was told that I just needed timing belt and water pump. It also turned out that I needed a brake light. I gladly paid for the service. After a few days in the shop, I got my car. I have to say it runs like new. These days its hard to find good honest people. Im glad I went to Klaus.

Five star --- world class operation. I was so impressed with the owner Daves persona of quality first, I am a lifetime customer now as well as my family. I received several estimates for my vehicle and upon talking with Dave, I immediately decided upon this shop. The professionalism of this shop is unsurpassed. The repair was done perfectly, on time and below estimate. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the outstanding quality of service I received. I guarantee no one will disappointed. I currently travel over fifty miles each way for the value of this shop.

Recently went to drop off my car after a quote for some work that needed to be done regarding the engine; Dave, the owner, explained to be what needed to be done, how long it would take and what approximately the cost would be. Dave and his staff have a long history of servicing high end brands such as Audi, Mercedes, BMW which are often challenging for most independent shops to repair. I go out of my way to bring my Audi to Klaus garage because I know that it will be serviced in a clean enviornment by experienced professionals using the proper tools and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right at a reasonable price.

Klaus Garage offers honest trustworthy estimates without any hard sell. I brought my Volvo in for some issues and they accurately provided me with a very fair estimate for the work to be done. They know fine well engineered cars and what it takes to keep them going. The parking is easy and the garage is well equipped to handle all repairs. Definitely my new choice to bring all my cars.
