This gym has really changed my life for the better. Its extremely clean and the staff is super friendly. The manager Jeanette always has a smile on her face and whenever you have a question she will jump through hoops in order to get you an answer! The owner Glen is a really down to earth guy too and you can always ask him for a spot or just talk to him about whatever. Whenever Im having a bad day I can always look forward to coming to the gym and leaving with a smile on my face. Couldnt imagine going to any other gym.

TF is the Best gym in the Dutchess county. Everyone who works their is really nice and can help you with anything. Jay the personal trainer is great at his job! and knows what he is talking about you can ask him about nutrition or exercises he will have the answer. He can help you with anything. Jeannette is a great manager and is extremely nice! She can help you with anything and she is lovely. Golds and planet fitness dont even come close to Taconic.

Great atmosphere and the staff makes you feel so comfortable. The classes are fun and energetic and the locker rooms are always clean! And you cant beat the prices especially with the convenience of being right near the Taconic and a s shopping plaza about 2 miles away. Love this gym.
