Great atmosphere and great staff! On the days that I have to drag myself to the gym and feel like I have no motivation, as soon as I walk in the door and Im greeted by the staff I have my motivation back. Very friendly and fun staff but the same also goes for the other members. There is no judgement. And the gym is always so clean! I highly recommend it. You will also find every piece of equipment you could possibly need. And if you dont know how to use something, the staff and other members will always happily tell you and SHOW you how to use it.

Managment is terrible. Huge turnover and it gets worse and worse. Be very leary of signing up for a membership. They dont honor their contracts. They add additional charges, without telling you and charge your credit card. If you switch plans, they dont credit you; they keep the other plans money and add on the new fees. If you switch plans in the middle of the month, they double charge you. The place is dirty and equiptment is continually broken for long periods of time.

While this club is small, here are the things that I like: (1) Front Desk Staff - always smiling, pleasant, and remembers to wish you a good day/evening as you leave (2) Clean - the cleaning staff is constantly cleaning (3) Love the variety of classes - all the Trainers/Instructors are "top notch" (4) Members are friendly

The GM of the facility is a con artist, promises the world when he wants to get you signed up and then totally "forgets" what he said. Sleazy and unprofessional management, no regard whatsoever for the privacy of customer information. The establishment is to be avoided, total thumbs down.

Once youre a member its impossible to terminate your service. Sales reps are never available, manager does not respond to emails, and the corporate support phone line puts you on hold indefinitely. Its also a very small gym thats more costly than most others in the county.
