Ive been coming to this gym for many years now. The new facility on Main Street is one of the best Ive seen, and Ive been to close to dozen locations in three states this far. Staff has always been friendly, and has steadily improved over the years. Place is always kept clean, which is obviously a never-ending battle. Only a few nits: 1: Both sets of escalators are frequently out of order. (Not their fault, but their management should be nagging the heck out of the buildings management company. 2: They do not have the newer water fountains that have a water bottle spigot. I find this odd, since this location is brand new and plenty of other locations have it. 3: Only managers have access to the thermostats. Either get remote control thermostats or let the staff adjust, but do not inconvenience your (paying) members.

the staff is friendly, they are always sure to greet you and tell you to "have a good day / night" the machines are space out properly and its almost always really clean, even in peak hours, its rare youll find garbage on the floor. my only gripe, is in the summer time. its a sauna in there, there is NO air conditioning for 2 years running, and it always seems to come back when fall begins. ive had to leave several times because the air is so stuffy. for the other 3 seasons, its a great place to workout!

Clean and organized, plenty of equipment that ovoid that other members like happens in other gyms stand by you or ask you" how many more reps left", something that I found very unpleasant since you end rushing up your workout, that does not happen here in planet fitness, also what i really love is that when you are working out you can concentrate since that this place does not allow members to slam weights or grunch when working out. Good experience highly recommend. Thumbs up!

The price is right, but then again there are no decent classes. The facility is large and the place is overall kept clean. They could use new mats and a water fountain and bathroom upstairs. Biggest concern for me is the amount of people who anchor them self on a machine on their cell and nothing is done about it. I tried going to the person at the counter and writing management, but nothing changed. The place is well ventilated and the staff is generally nice.

You cant beat the price of this gym if all you want is to lift weights and do machines. The staff the White Plains location are always friendly and pleasant. My biggest complaint is the lack of working air conditioning. For the past 2 Summers it has been unbearable in the gym on hot days. I dont know how they expect people to workout in these conditions. Its a real turn off to going to this place.

Now that the air conditioning has been fixed (just in time for winter), the gym is great. The staff is always walking around cleaning and offering help to those who need it. The locker rooms are in decent shape for a ten dollar a month gym. A friendly atmosphere with good equipment and a super helpful staff at any hour of the day or night.

Inexpensive, cheap memberships describe this 24 hour gym which has 24 hours at many locations, this makes planet fitness a great option for people who work odd hours. Otherwise if you are serious about working out and like to use a bench press or squat racks the gyms suck. If It werent for there 24 hours I would give it 1 or 2 stars.

Affordable, crowded, friendly, busy, well located, staff is friendly, locker room layout is awful architectural mess. Tons of grape. & regular tootsie rolls. Free locally ordered pizza the 1st Monday of every month. Showers & bathroom are nearly prison equivalent. You get what u pay for @ 10 frogs Month.

Went in to sign up and was very disappointed... The gentleman at the desk literally walked away and left me asking the IT guy questions. I work less then a block from the location and will not recommend this location.... Guest service should always be first priority...

Nice place, but lack of free weights and bench presses makes me go elsewhere. The smith machines they use in place of benches are always occupied. Maybe they do this to further their "no gymtimidation" but I certainly cant get a good workout here..

The new location is great for those who dont drive (PARKING IS EXPENSIVE). The gym is not as full as before so you dont have to wait your turn to use weights. gym is kept nice and cool on hot summer days. Love it.

Awesome hours, friendly staff and plenty of space. Wouldnt mind a larger free weight area but I realize they are trying to keep the meatheads out. For the money you cant find a better gym experience.

Most employees are rude at best. Half of the equipment has some kind of problem. If you arent poor or frugal, pick a different gym.

Nice facility. A little crowded around the free weights area but to be fair I did get there around 7pm

Shouldnt mall parking be validated? A week of parking fees costs more than the monthly membership.
