Offenses: 1. Bait and switch on deadlifts 2. Poorly trained staff 3. Fraudulently charged my credit card 4. Angry, insolent, idiotic manager. 5. In August they replaced a handful of bent (albeit perfectly fine) barbells with the shittiest handful of bottom end bars you have ever seen. They promptly started coming apart.

Its a nice gym and I enjoyed working out there but I had to level because the staff at the front desk is unbelievably rude and condescending. Worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. Nothing changed when the me owners came either.

I run an indoor soccer program at this gym once a week and they treat all of the members of my program very well. I have had a great time doing business with the gym and look forward to many more years there.

Horrible customer service, manager Yvonne is extremely hard to work with, price does not match the quality of the equipment nor the service. DEFINITELY not worth the hassle.

Ive been a member of this gym for almost 10 years. It had its up and downs, but with new management its going toward improvements. Always feel there like part of family.
