While they are friendly enough, the manager ignores when the only person working at the desk is busy. Multiple times I have come in when the clerk is busy with another customer and the manager (each time) has walked out of his office, came to the front desk with his eyes down and completely ignored the line of customers waiting to be helped. Im not saying the clerk should stop helping the first customer, no matter how complicated the project, but if the manager isnt going to engage with customers, hire more than one clerk to take over when one is engaged in complicated tasks.

Ive come here to make copies a few different times. Even though I ended up using the "self-serve" machines, which are cheaper, an employee was very helpful each time in helping set up the machine and showing me how to use it. Great place to make copies, both color and black and white. There is also a place to print pics if you need to as well. Finally, the employees have always been very professional, helpful, and friendly all the times that I have gone and especially during my two recent experiences in the past month.

Warning! If you go to ship something, theres a good chance they will claim that your box is inadequate, at which point your only choices are to purchase their packaging, pay them even more to repack for you, or walk away. This happened to the person in front of me and to me. Ive shipped plenty of stuff and never had an issue before. In short, avoid shipping from this location!

Easy task, big issue and stupid $$$. I needed passport photos printed. These tools tell me itll be around $30 a page, with setup. $60 for two people. I only needed 4 wallet photos on one sheet. They then send be to a machine that printed wallet sizes, those came out about x4 too big. No refund.

Good printing if you use the machines to print from a flash drive or from your cloud account. Actual computers are very slow to load sites in the browser. Multiple times Google drive takes over 5 minutes to load. Several others have reported this as well. Staff is friendly.

I ordered online from the parking lot and when i went in my order wasnt ready yet. The guy simply printed it out. Total 5 min ordeal. Cost about $2 for 4 pages. Worth it since I was an hour from home but needed the papers notorized at my bank across the street.

Rejected sending a package that met the requirements; Had to go to another Fedex store to ship the package. The other fedex was way better (Go to the one by the airport! way better!)
