The worst! Never showed! Im literally at a loss for words. I called this company to come help me at a time when I really needed. I had lost my car keys at the beach (and dont have a spare set). So I called them and they said someone would be over to help me within an hour. I was so relived! I waited the hour and called back and was told, it would be another 15 minutes. I said okay fine- I then waited another 30 minutes before calling back. When I did, I was told another 45 minutes. I was so annoyed but I was at their despair- at this point it was approaching 7pm. Beach closes at 8pm - I cant call another company (no time). So I sucked it in and waited another 45 mins. I again called back and was told it be ANOTHER hour before someone can make it to me. I felt like they were just playing a cruel game with me. Ive never had such a horrible experience. With so many locksmiths around, cant believe of all the numbers and places I called- I selected them! Worst decision ever. Had to leave my car over night and take a cab home. Would highly suggest you call someone else!! Anyone else.

These guys are the greatest! The owner, Matt, is super nice. His dad, likewise. As was Rickey, a locksmith I also dealt with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonably priced. (I called around to a bunch of places before deciding on them.) I had a tough car key to work with, and they were all very patient. My only advice is to make sure you call before going there, since theres not always a locksmith on the premises. (They go out on a lot of calls.)

This company is extremely helpful and reliable. I lost my car keys and they were able to help me out quickly and, most importantly, for a reasonable price. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I cant thank them enough for the quality service and assistance! I highly recommend this company for all lock and key needs.
