After spending four and a half hours (unsuccessfully) searching for a dealer or locksmith that could make me a duplicate key and fob, I luckily called and found Top Lock. Every dealer and locksmith wanted well over two hundred and fifty dollars for a simple key and fob. They all had angles that did not become clear until you got close to paying: this separate, that as a combined price, mileage charges, programming extra. They were all money hungry weasels. What a pleasure to deal with straight shooters, who listened to what I needed and then gave me pricing that was less than half of what the thieves had been offering. The crew, starting with Matt on down, were courteous, professional and competent. I drove to them (they would have come to me) because I could (just needed a second set) and was amazed to find out that the procedure took all of four minutes to complete after having been led to believe it would take hours at the dealer’s sites. I highly recommend Top Lock if you ever get into a jam with your car keys – any situation will be addressed quickly and resolved for a very fair price by a great staff.

Needed a special key made from a blank that I already had and needed a real locksmith. Went to their store front since I live in town and was told they are not in, all out on jobs. No problem, the guy gave me a card and told me to call back before I came. Called the next afternoon and was told they are busy again but I could send the locksmith a picture via text and he would let me know if he could do it. Ok sure, I sent the picture and wrote thank you for taking a look. I was told I would get a call back in about 15 min. Almost 2 hrs later no call back. Called again and was told sorry he was busy but he will call back right now. Well its the next day and no call. I guess I will find another place then but its hard to find a good rated locksmith who is near by.

I dont usually write reviews, but I felt the need to acknowledge the outstanding service I received from Top Lock! I was searching for a locksmith that would be able to rekey the locks in my house. After a few steep quotes, I called Top Lock. Matt quoted me what I felt was a more than fair price. Not only did he show up right on time, but the cost was exactly what he quoted me without any additional or hidden fees. The job was done quick but thorough and exceeded my exceptions. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you are looking for an honest locksmith, I highly recommend Top Lock!!!

Called this place because of the good reviews but my experience was horrible. I called because I locked my keys in the car and was told someone would be there within the hour. An hour later I called again (freezing outside) and was told 10 more minutes. I called 30 minutes later and was told 5 more minutes! Finally after 2 hours of waiting the guy arrived and told me he just got the call 10 minutes earlier. Nobody EVER apologized or cared. I paid $82 for lies and 30 seconds of service. Horrible horrible company! I was only 1.2 miles away from this place.

I cant say enough about Top Lock Locksmiths. My Daughter lost her car keys. I called Top Lock and they quickly dispatched a locksmith to our home. He made the key to her car in less than 10 minutes. The dealer gave me a price of $375 and I would have to get the car towed to them. Top Lock charged me a whole lot less than that and they did the job right in our drive way. He arrived in less than 1 hour. The locksmith was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Top Lock.

Went there today to get a replacement suv key cut and programmed. I shopped around and no one even came close. The service you get and the price they charged were excellent. They are honest guys and i will definitely use them in the future and recommend to everyone. The quoted price on the phone is EXACTLY what was charged. No hidden fees and no B/S. Job took less than 20 minutes to complete .

Needed a replacement key made & Top Lock dispatched someone quickly after notification from USAA. The tech Joe arrived & was polite, professional, and efficient. He cut a new key on-site in a matter of minutes. Great service & would recommend to anyone in Oyster Bay with a car mishap.

i lost my car keys.. the guy came within 25 minutes and made me a key and remote.. the price was fair.. i got a few other quotes from companies saying $15 service call and key starts at $125... this man told me the exact price over the phone. I would refer them to anyone

I need a 2nd Toyota smart key, most locksmiths dont know how to do it. Only Top Lock Locksmiths can do it at a low price. They only used 20 minutes and then all keys worked. Excellent job and very nice people there. Highly recommended.
