Never again. I was quoted one price and then was charged a different price--a difference of $50 MORE--without notification or email stating that they had to charge more. Why? Because according to them, they later "realized" that there was no subway near my place of employment. Whats the point of a quote if you dont know your own service area, which is in Queens?! You dont just charge someones card without telling them if there is a discrepancy between what was originally quoted. I didnt learn about it until the credit card statement arrived. AND I received no invoice/receipt. I had to call and inquire about the charges and request an invoice. Thats shady business practices which can land someone like me in a world of trouble, considering that the CC used was a government (NYS) card.
