I have a package and the driver did not even ring the doorbell and someone was home, he came back the next day and did the same thing, on the third attempt nobody was home so they took the package back to this location, I spoke to someone in customer service and drove all the way here for it, person told me they close at 5 on Saturdays, got there at 4:40 location closed, spent another 20mins on the phone with someone and they told me they would see if my package can go out on Monday, received a voice mail yesterday(Tuesday) that my package will not be sent out and is at this location being held. I asked them to leave the package and they refused, now its been over a week and I still dont have my package when it was their fault and the office hours does not coincide with mine. I refuse to use you guys again, very unacceptable and not customer service friendly, also it seems the drivers dont want to do their job

I been working at FedEx ground for years. The chances of moving up in this company are very slim. Especially with alot of new buildings opening up! Back in the day a package handler can work 5 or 6 ours a day or plus more on a 5 days a week daily bases. Now that new buildings are opening up they are selling alot of their accounts to the new buildings and now Package handlers can not work no more than 2.5-3.30 hours a day 5 days a week depends on the volume. Management is so horrible and pushing you to go faster and faster when you going the fastest you can! Lots of missloads everywhere. As soon as all the package hamdlers are done and the work be comes light, they send all workers home and the managers take over to shorten the length of time. I dont recommend working for this company the chances of moving up are very slim.
This rating isnt necessarily for the people working at the location, but the delivery people working off that office is HORRIBLE. My parents lives in a building where you have to be buzzed in. They claim they made 3 delivery attempt, but my parents were at home at the time for at least 2 of them, and there was NO BELL. They just stuck the door tag on the door and left apparently. I called on Sunday, and was told there will be another attempt on Tuesday, but there was none, and now the Fedex webpage shows there was an attempt on Monday. Now Ill have to go there on Saturday and just hope it doesnt take all day, or they havent sent back the package by accident. As I said, HORRIBLE.
I was supposed to get a package delivered yesterday and, presumably, because there was a closed street nearby which would slow down the driver, my package was not delivered and flagged as having an incorrect address. I talked to them and we confirmed there was nothing wrong with the address. Today same thing happened. Several chats and phone calls later - nothing. They told me they would call me back within 2 hours - no, they did not. It seems that they cant manage their staff properly.
Please, dont cheat people. Try to do hour job correctly. Two time, I waited without get news from your guys, but later, I got a message like the came to miss me. I hate that
Incompetent staff. The location is secured like a military compound but the staff runs it like a zoo. Waited 30 min for my package.
I waited there for 3 hours for a box that no one could find. Then they realized it was on the desk.
So not happy with them... Im using UPS from now on! I feel cheated and getting the run around
