Admitted my package and promised the service they couldnt provide and then kept me on hold for another day not giving a conclusive answer. I had to come back and withdraw my package and send it through a different company. I was late with the shipment. The lady in the office was impatient and hanged up on me. I will not use their service ever again and wont recommend it to anyone.
