First off: Keep in mind that this is a BUSY store because its the only one in the immediate area. That being said, The entire staff is competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned and honest about saving you money and caring for your package. The one negative review on here is definitely an exception to the norm. The photocopies are only 8 cents each, the boxes and supplies are very low priced and high quality. I have been using this store for 7 years and have never had an issue or problem. Again, as far as the business goes...its Murphys Law. When you walk by, its empty, but when you need to send a package, boom, so does everyone else. Thats just life. One last thing: I went there once and they told me straight up it would be easier to send that specific package using the Unites States Postal Service. That honesty alone will keep me coming back and continually keep me satisfied of what this UPS Store has to offer. :) ~Glen

This store was located conveniently nearby my previous office in Asbury Park. Upon moving locations, I still go out of my way these days, passing another store, to get to this one. They ARE a busy location, but thats is because they are thorough and take care of their customers. The core group of guys are awesome, and they hire customer focused people and train them right. Its consistent to find nothing but helpful, professional, reliable, knowledgeable and customer centric people working hard and they have always done a great job for me. By my second or third visit, years ago, they became more like an extension of my own business family. I wont go anywhere else. Even if the drive is longer now.

May have just been a coincidence, but I sent 3 packages out from this location in the same day. 1 showed up missing 3 items (they helped me package the items because I needed to purchase a box). The other 2 boxes were returns to Amazon- 1 wasnt scanned so it was never returned and they said they cant find my tracking number to help me find the box. Could be bad luck, could be robbery. Either way I will never use this location again.

Frustrating and disappointing experience! I requested a shipping label to send a package to an address Id provided, but the clerk kept insisting that I had to provide my own label. I walked out upset. The same clerk had helped my husband two days ago with the same request by typing up and printing a shipping label for the package he was sending. I usually get excellent service at the Neptune UPS, so what happened this time?!

i had to pay for a package that was never delivered. Apparently it was my fault the package wasnt delivered because my friend lived in a "bad" area. 1 note was left and there were no other attempts to deliver the package. 2 weeks later it was returned to the store and I had to pick it up. I will never go here again.

I have been doing business with Charlie and his staff for 8 years and have always found them friendly, helpful and well-informed. They go out of their way to please the customer whether its a simple photo copy job or a complicated delivery to a foreign country.
