I have been shipping with fed ex for years, and unfortunately will be changing shipping carriers due to the terrible customer service in this store - by the manager nonetheless. Before i speak of my experiences here, i want to say the rest of the staff (the 3 gentleman who work there) are always a pleasure. Friendly, and always take care of me when they see me because my packages are always ready to be scanned and dropped off with no issue. Tonight was the third time i was refused sending a package at this location. My box was packaged perfectly, just like the 3 other boxes i brought in there yesterday (which were accepted). I get to the counter and this woman asks me "what are we shipping today?". First off, its none of your business WHAT im shipping, theres nothing suspicious about my package, but it was a very important package that needed to be shipped TODAY. She then has the nerve to tell me that the box was too beat up/damaged (maybe there was a few dents in it but the box looked sturdy) to be shipped. I then began to show her that i can smack the box and throw the box around with no problem. She said i would have to call for a pick up. Unreal. I spend $200-$400 a month shipping for personal reasons, and another $1000+ for my business. If your box isnt brand new, dont bother dropping your box off to this location when this woman is there.

We had an extremely important package (an expedited passport renewal!) and sent it for overnight delivery. We dropped it off Saturday and then on Monday it didnt turn up! Thank goodness my husband asked me to check b/c we tried to trace it and there was NO INFO! My husband got to the Lynbrook location after work and just happened to catch a Fed Ex guy loading packages onto his truck. He was able to locate our package. The guy who worked there apologized and gave some reason about a new guy starting and messing things up. But still - why hadnt our package gone out MONDAY day then? Why was it still there monday night? My husband asked the employee when our package would have arrived at the destination had it gone on that truck and guess what he said - Wednesday! So much for overnight priority mail! Thats just inexcusable.

Went there to ship a package to Brazil, having little experience in international shipping I relied on them to guide me. They did NOT. We put the package together there, value maybe $10.00 (plastic bottles) pay them $120.00, ask if there will be any other money due? NO.. Well the package arrived in Brazil and they are looking to collect $120.00 in taxes. I call fedex they tell me because the value was placed at $100.00, I go to the store, they tell me thats not why its $120.00 (they eluded to corruption) Nothing they would do for me, zero help, zero empathy. At least get on the phone and try to help me out. Now I am out the cost of shipping and the package is in Brazil unless I pay another $120.00 for a $10.00 package. Miserable experience, would not recommend them or fedex.

Went to Fedex @ 689 Sunrise HWY to ship a Defected Xbox to Microsoft for repair. Before I got to the store I called since I did not have the exact location of where the item should be sent to. I was told by Xbox and Microsoft that Fedex will need only the RMA # to ship the item back to them. Upon arrival Diane and Debby both refused to help me eventhough I was told on the phone that all I needed was an RMA number. Diane particularly gave me attitude plus, and sometime went out of her way to interrupt anyone else who seemed to be willing to assist me. I spent two hours for a simple process that should take no more than 10 minutes. Thanks to Joe, another Fedex rep who helped me within minutes despites Diane constant interruptions.

The one time I went here to drop off a package with a prepaid label, I had to wait in line for more than 15 minutes because a woman who was scanning packages in the back refused to help out the man behind the counter. I dont remember her name (she was a short, rotund African-American woman), but she gave someone ahead of me in line a nasty attitude when he asked if she could take care of him. The man working the register (again, dont remember the name, but he was an African-American man in his 20s with glasses) was nice and polite and even apologized for the ladys behavior. This store just needs to weed out its more disgruntled staff members.

I went here about a week ago to print large color images and to ship an envelope, I was a little worried because of the bad reviews I had seen online, and I wasnt sure what my best option for shipping would be, but the guys that work here were very helpful and friendly. The following day I went again to print something else and the lady that was there wasnt quite sure how to print my files the way I wanted but I explained it to her and she did it well, she was friendly and polite to me, and also to the other customers that were there at the same time.

W I L S O N ! ! ! ! ! My package was supposed to have been delivered to the FedEx location in Lynbrook on Monday, here it is Friday, and Im still waiting for it to arrive. this package was supposed to have arrived in 2 days, here its close to a week and still no package. I really think its on some tropical deserted island with Tom Hanks, and his volleyball friend. Thanks a lot FedEx for screwing me up again.

Quite possibly the worst FedEx in existence. I would not be surprised if they are performing the unholy trifecta of stealing packages, losing packages and breaking packages. The storage area is an unmitigated disaster. The staff are surly and unhelpful. I would rather ship using the Pony Express than have to have one more package be shipped through this location.

Waited on a 2 person line for 20 minutes to use their EBay Valet service. When I finally got to the counter, the employee informed me that the service is only offered when the manager is in. Told me to wait around for 1 and a half hours for her to come in. No thanks.

Ive found that FedEx is more affordable than UPS to ship things. I like this location. Its always clean and the staff is always courteous and friendly. I recommend going there and seeing Joe. Hes a nice and friendly guy who treats his customers right.

Its a very busy location. SO it will take 10mins But help is pleasant & u get FEDEX (GOOD) Service The parking lot will have spots but you will have to walk a little. Location & hours are convenient U get a printed receipt (IMPORTANT)

5 stars for staff and convenience. But why in the world does fed invest in the slowest most cumbersome printers? Got graphic files on a flash drive? Prepare to spend a lot of time looking at the spinning dial for 75¢ a whack

Pretty quick service and usually my go-to spot to drop off my FedEx packages. Friendly service and has plenty of available complimentary parking.
