This place really SHOULD get 0 stars. The two other reviews were spot on. Sue Brennan truly is rude and unethical. I used them once and will never return. I had a simple 4 page booklet printed there to give them a try. They told me to send over the wrong format for printing which did not make any sense. Trusting them, I sent it over and called twice to make sure it would be printed correctly. When I picked up the printed product, all the pages were out of order like I thought would happen. I asked Sue what happened and she blamed it on me, saying that I set up the file wrong as well as putting me down as a professional. When I asked them to reprint it at cost, she then told me that it was originally printed at cost, which is a complete lie. Moral of the story, I have no clue why they are still in business, I will NEVER get anything printed there again.

Bait and Switch con: Really 0 stars. Sue Brennan, the unethical manager there, tried to pull a bait and switch on me. I had her print up some books for me the year before and she gave me a reasonable price. Was shocked after waiting over a week for her to respond to my latest request to print up new books. She tripled the price and when I asked her why, she said she made a mistake in pricing last year (likely story) and she wants to get even. How unprofessional and dumb. STAY AWAY!!!

If I could give BQP Printing 0 stars, I would. They asked for my file incorrectly and when I questioned them about the format they asked for, the woman on the phone got snotty with me. Needless to say, when I picked up my file it was done incorrectly, and they blamed the printing error on ME. I will never use them as my printer again. There are far more professional places to use locally and I urge you to do the same. STAY AWAY!
