The employees at this location entered the incorrect shipping address for my package eventhough their receipt and my receipt read the correct address. The employees at this location were completely unapologetic, unhelpful and rude. I did get ahold of the FedEx office in the city where the package was sent to and employees at that location were understanding and helpful, which only made this Saratoga Springs location look even worse. My package was delivered to the wrong address, the residents claim to have never seen it, and my expensive priceless items are lost. Insurance cannot replace customer service and priceless items. Dont go here.

Went in to ship a package tonight, and I was accosted with a racially toned hand written note by the young punk at the counter. I have no idea what warnted this note, and I still dont understand it! The staff here is totally rude and disrespectful. If I could have rated them with zero stars I would have!! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for behavior!! They have lost our business forever! Shame on you FedEx and shame on the crappy people you hire!! I only wish that I saved that note instead of leaving it on the counter when I left!

I had to exchange merchandize. A pre-paid FedEx label was sent to my email by the manufacturer. FedEx wanted to charge me to use the internet to access my email, and then wanted to charge me to print the shipping label. I was annoyed enough to go to the UPS store where the staff is friendly and pay $10 of my own money to ship it back.

Only one of the two employees working at the time seemed to know what was going on, their equipment to design and print in store doesnt work correctly and then as i was walking out an employee mad a rude comment. Terrible service.

Everytime I am in this place there is never enough people working, long waits for service, also left me on "Hold" for 15 minutes when I call to see if my print job was ready. This location seems to be poorly managed.

Walked in with a package at 6:30pm on a Sat, clerk was busy with another customer. But obviously had noticed me. I had not taped the label on my package but clerk wasnt bothered by that fact. Great place.
