My dealing with Ali Graphics has been the absolute worst professional experience I have had with a vendor in my life. I recently finished creating five, fine art prints that I planned to print in a first edition. I reached out to a former colleague who highly recommended Ali Graphics. I trusted this colleague, so I made contact and got the ball rolling with an associate of Ali Graphics by the name of David Fairchild. In December of 2014 we began the process of trying to find the most cost effective solution for printing my artwork, but unfortunately we were unable to do so at the dimensions I had created the artwork. Six months later I decided to take Davids advice, resize my artwork and print my first edition on their digital printers in order to save a considerable amount of money. By the end of May 2014 I had received a quote from David that was a fair price and I submitted my artwork to their servers the following week (June 2nd). This is when the trouble began. Upon submitting my files, I asked David when I would be able to see a proof, in order to make sure the colors and the paper stock were correct. I did not see that proof for four weeks, because every time I reached out to David there was a new problem (printer problems or personal issues that prevented him from doing his job). During that four week span, I had to call and chase down David on almost a daily basis, in order to hear that day or weeks excuse. He made absolutely no attempt to reach out to me to let me know what was happening. At the end of those four weeks I was ready to walk away and find a new printer but David assured me that he would get the job done to perfection. After finally seeing a proof four weeks into the project, I approved the proof and we printed the first 500 prints. Upon receiving these prints, I noticed that the colors had not correctly adhered to the paper, it appeared smeared on the page and it was a far cry from the proof I approved days earlier. When I confronted David about the issue, he spoke with his technician and blamed it in on the paper stock for being too "toothy" or porous (the stock David insisted we use). He promised he would change the paper stock and reprint the entire lot, which he did. When I received the second set of 500 prints, I noticed that there were splatters of colored ink on white spaces of the prints and white spots on colored sections of the prints. This was consistent throughout half of all the prints, making the entire second set garbage. It had now been six weeks and I was still empty handed. After sending a detailed email to David about how unprofessional he had handled this entire project and how upset I was, he pushed me off on his manager, Mike Schroder. Mike assured me that he would pick up the second 500 prints that day, reprint and deliver the revised third version of 500 the next day. He did pick them up that day, but the next day came and went, and so did another four business days. In that time, I called and left messages for Mike on a daily basis to see where we were at, of which I never heard back from him. When I received the last version on July 15th, there were consistent flaws throughout more than half of all the prints. The flaws included splatters and hairline breaks between colors that were not supposed to be there. Upon confronting Mike and the business owner, John Dubil, I was told that they were unable to produce the print to a standard they thought they were capable of. They also apologized and told me that the third set of 500 prints were on the house, which didnt mean anything because they are literally garbage. The reason I am still so angry about this situation is because they wasted so much of my time and caused me such an immense amount of frustration and grief. They broke every promise they made to me and at the end of the day they cannot be trusted.

I first started using Aligraphics while attending Purchase College in 2008. Immediately after graduating I started working in a branding firm in Manhattan. When asked if I would recommend any printers I immediately thought of Aligraphics. As a creative juggling multiple projects with back to back deadlines, working with David Fairchild and his team has always been a rewarding experience from start to finish. In the print world, its always a rewarding and memorable experience when you have a Sales Representative you can trust and know will collaboratively work with you to arrive at the best solution for your job. Dave is exactly that asset! I rarely have to ask and ill be sent stock samples that not only answer to what I first had in mind, but provide an alternative I might never have thought of! Aligraphics has such a wide range of capabilities , making them an obvious choice for me. Quality has been nothing short of perfection I fully intend to keep using them throughout my professional career!

I had a horrible experience with this printer. Do NOT give them your business. You will be sorry you did.
