I have been going to Nick and Jimmy for about 7 years now and have always had a great experience. They always take my car, have the parts I need and install them without question. They are the best in the business. I have all my cars serviced there since they are respectful, courteous, understanding and willing to explain the issue with the car. I have never felt like I was being "taken" like I have in the past working with some other service stations. I buy all my tires from them as well. The guys are professionals in every sense. One time during an ice and snow storm last year, I heard some thing rattling underneath the car--they put the car on the lift and found the issue and resolved it all the while the poor guys were getting wet and covered in snow from the bottom of the car. They didnt complain or tell me to come back another day--they just did the work. Thank you Nick for your professionalism and great crew.

Ive brought my car a few times to Nassau Shores and the staff is very courteous and respectful. The staff clearly explains what is wrong or needed for the car, but Im not pressured to buy any service or product. They take the time to treat me with respect and as an individual. I have recommended Nassau Shores to my family and friends as a reliable shop to return to again and again.
