there mark up on parts is way to high tripple the price when I buy my own parts. when it comes down to parts they over charge the customer . I buy the same parts/ brands use the same part numbers buy from the same places as they do and save so much money . warning stay away unless you dont mind being ripped off on parts prices I speak from exp. tires- wheel bearings - front sway bar end links. now I buy my own auto parts and do my own repairs. also be careful if you buy tires from steve he sells chinese tires (west lake Brand) he tells the customer that the tires are a grate brand of tires . truth is that they are not and his mark up on this brand of tire are way to high I also do my own tires as well.

I hate to be the odd one out amongst these good reviews, but I had a terrible experience with this shop. I stopped by to renew my NYS inspection for my 2009 Honda Civic and they wouldnt pass me b/c supposedly my windshield wipers were "streaking" and they had to be changed. Its a relatively new car (2009) and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the windshield wipers. But they were adamant about having to change the windshield wipers. I had to pay 40 dollars for 2 "special" windshield wipers, so it ended up costing me 80 dollars for a simple inspection. Im pretty sure they scammed me.

Ended up having to call AAA @ 3am after getting 2 blowouts on my Mercedes Benz SUV. The tow truck driver showed up right away and was polite, very professional and helpful. The 2nd tow truck driver I needed that afternoon was just the same. Being a female I felt completely comfortable with both of them. I ended up using S &S to repair my tires as well. They took care of my car and made me feel confident I made the right decision. Overall extremely satisfied and happy with S & S! I would and have recommended them to my friends and family.

i brought my 2006 mercedes benz into s&s because a check engine light was on check in was fast and easy,i got called with an diagnosis and estimate the work was done i was called again after completion when i returned the invoice was exactly as quoted,by the way this building is the most modern and the cleanest smoke free repair shop i have ever been in i will tell friends thanks steve and crew

I just took my car in to S&S Repair Center today. My #6 cylinder was misfiring and I needed to have the coil changed and a sparkplug replace. It was done before I knew it and all I can say is that Im THRILLED!. It was my first experience getting my car repaired at S&S but it wont be the last!!! THANKS Steve!

I used S&S for my Lotus Evora to have 2 fresh rear tires put on and an oil change as I waited. Very clean shop, I would recommend having work done here. The convenience to the train is perfect so in the future I could take the train to work if I need more serious work done.

Extremely professional and honest mechanics. On more than one occasion I have left a car there, thinking I was in for a big repair bill, only to have the owner call me and tell me he fixed something minor. Highly recommended.
