If you bring your car to Sunrise Auto you will be treated with professionalism and honesty. I called last minute to have my car inspected and they called me right back and let me bring it in and leave it off for the day ( bc I work in Manhattan). They tell you whatever problems they see and they dont push you or lie about whats going on under the hood. I felt compelled to write a review because I was so pleased with the service. The guy behind the counter has 37 years experience and is well spoken, dressed professional and very honest. I felt like I was in bizzaro world because it was such a clean shop. Well done!!!!!

I came in awhile ago with a nail in my tire, I had previously taken the tire to another tire store and was told that they couldnt fix the tire and that I needed all new tires. Not only did Sunrise Tire repair the tire, when I asked about replacing them I was told not yet that they were still good! When I went to pay, they said no charge! I was happy to tip the gentleman who fixed it. I have since gone back for inspections on all 3 cars, and purchased tires for the 2 of the cars. I actually have an appointment tomorrow morning to bring in my husbands car. I have happily recommended them to family and friends.

this place is wonderful!!! they really go out of their way to help!!! i just brought the car in as my low tire pressure light kept coming on. they found a nail and said they could repair it.. No charge!!! The $20 tip was well worth it...Two weeks ago brought my daughters car in for a tire issue. They said they could fix it (rather than a new tire) but will probably need new tires soon. They didnt push for it but since she was going on a road trip, bought 4 new tires at a very reasonable price and all done while we waited... Will be going there from now on...........

I have been here many times and always had great experiences. I have taken cars there for flat tires, inspections, and check engine lights. They are always courteous and prompt, and they dont try to sell me things I dont need. I have also used their drop box to leave my car early in the morning, and everything was done and waiting for me when I got back from work that afternoon (it is a perfect location, right across the street from the LIRR). I could not recommend them more highly.

Honest and friendly, I have been there 2x and both experiences were great. The windshield wiper motor broke and they fixed it for a nominal fee, I know when it comes to things like this you could charge anything because it is all in the gearbox and no way of knowing if it is a $200 job or a $50. They fixed it and charged me so little I had the oil changed and car checked out top to bottom. These guys are good people and honest, friendly and respectful. I recommend them. Greg

First of all it is local and has been in Massapequa Park for many years. I find the staff and mechanics to be friendly and honest. They will give a full description of the work that must be performed as well as the cost. The work is done by properly trained mechanics and almost always in a timely fashion. If there is a problem or if the project will take longer than expected I am notified. I have never been disappointed with the work done on either of my two cars.

The staff is always professional and knowledgeable about their services. The quality of work is great at reasonable prices. I have returned a couple of times for various different services like new tires, rims, inspection, oil change. They are located right across from the train which is very convenient since I work in the city. Just drop car off before I get on the train and pick up on way home. I definitely recommend Sunrise Tires.

Last week i brought my car to Sunrise Tire & Auto and i was amazed by the service. They put new tires on my truck and they had better prices than any place i found. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The guys that work there are very nice and made sure that i was aware of everything before anything was done to my truck. I will be coming to Sunrise Tire and Auto for any car maintenance in the future.

Nicks place is one of the few repair shops you can trust. They always try to keep your costs at a minimum and take the time to explain in detail if your car needs a particular service. After that, the decision is yours--never any strong sales pitch. In addition, the mechanics are top-notch. Repairs are done quickly and thoroughly. Joe and Nick are people you can trust with your car.

I have been using Nassau Shores Auto for service of my Saturn for the past 5 years. I would give Nick and James the highest recommendation. They are trustworthy, prices are fair. The staff at Sunrise Tire and Auto are always so trustworthy and gives me an honest opinion about what needs to be done to my car. I have been using Nick and James at Nassau Auto Shores since 2009 when Saturn went out of business. Nassau Shores performs quality work and are very honest what kind of work that needs to be done. Joe the manager is so helpful and very knowledgeable. The prices on tires are are always fair (and for the most part better than the discount tire stores) and work completed is always done well. The techs are also very polite and seem to be able to do anything!
