Although Kris is a good guy, I had to learn the hard way that this shop is incompetent. I took my car in for a hard start. $750 later they told me it was the throttle body and I needed a tune-up, etc... FIVE visits later - yes, five - over the next few months they discover they were wrong and it is a head gasket. The weaselly owner Ajiz tells me he will take the cost of the throttle body part ($360) off the now $1200 he wants to charge me to fix what they didnt properly the first time. I take the car to three other shops to get a second opinion. Wouldnt you know it - its not even the head gasket. Its the fuel pump. In fact, Nissan put out a bulletin for this specific model/year on hard starts. Something both mechanics told me any auto body should know. I called and spoke to Kris about it. I told him I didnt want to argue, but I wanted the $360 credited to a new fuel pump (which should be about $400). Two weeks went by and Ajiz never called. Then when I track him down he tells me that the credit was only good for the gasket. The guy is a SCUMBAG... and the shop mechanics are clearly incompetent. I will be taking the issue up with American Express. STAY AWAY!

I agree with a previous reviewer that Kris is a nice guy. However, after we took our car to be inspected, we were told it needed several hundred dollars of work we hadnt anticipated. We also discovered a new noise while driving home. Kris assured us it had always been there. We then took the car to another mechanic who said some of the work was not necessary and that the noise what caused by sloppiness on the part of the mechanic at Midas while they were inspecting the car. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Eventually got everything done and car passed inspection at the new mechanic, saving us hundreds.

It was almost 4 pm on a Saturday when I rolled in to the full Midas lot due to some odd noises I was hearing from my 2000 Honda Accord. Manager Kris Narine immediately came out to take a look at the undercarriage and called his chief mechanic to put it up for a better look. In the process, my vehicles radiator leak was discovered. Instead of giving me an appointment, a new radiator was installed, the lost fluid was replaced and I was off and running again an hour after their normal closing time. This is a real find!!

I never write reviews and Im a tough customer but they took care of me at this establishment. Nobody pressured me into buying anything I did not want and the job was done in a timely manner. Kris also was very professional and shared a conversation with me which goes along way in this type of business. Shows he cares. Tech also allowed me to view his work since Im very anal with my car haha. Thanks again guys see you soon!

Went to this shop for a noise under my car . They were busy but Raza still accommodated me even without me having an appointment . It was a simple 1 2 3 fix and they didnt even charge me . HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop .
