Worst freight company. Never use them. They do not care about the customer at all. My shipment arrived in Maybrook, NY at 4am on 7/21 and sat there. Rather than deliver it to Amsterdam NY after my calls and begging they still refused to deliver it. They have ruined my Daughters birthday sleepover because she will not have her bed. Maybrook is just under 2hours from the final destination (Amsterdam). I even offered to come and pick it up myself and they refused. Their customer service rep lied to me on 7/22 telling me that the truck was scheduled to leave at 3:30 am on 7/23 and arrive in Amsterdam by 5:45am on 7/23 and IF they had done that, I would have had it in time, but they did not. They still held the truck. They are lazy and have the lowest standards of any freight company I have ever had to deal with. They dont care about the customer at all. Walmart should stop using them. My order was supposed to arrive by 7/21 and they are not delivering it until 7/25. Very, very upset and disappointed. Obviously one little girl doesnt matter to them. UPDATE! 4:45PM 7/25 still hasnt been delivered. Worst company EVER!!! If I could give them zero stars I would, but unfortunately they wont let me do that.

Apparently, they only use tractor trailers to make deliveries. If you have a business on a city street they will not deliver it. To make matters worse, they did not contact my office to let me know the shipment wasnt coming or that it would be late. Thus, I had to spend 25 minutes with a customer service rep trying to figure out where my order was and when they would get it to me. If youre a small business, my advice is avoid this company and avoid any vendor who uses them.

My package was scheduled to be delivered at the Maybrook location on 7/25. I called that day to schedule a pick up and I was told that it was "lost." The first woman I spoke with said she would have them search the dock and call me back. I never received a phone call back from her or the 3 other people I spoke with. Ive called every day for 5 days and my package is still "lost" and I have not received one single call back. Very unprofessional- Will never use this company again.

This company has for there customer service department the biggest witch, rhymes with, ever. Attempted to extort 130.00 more from us for delivery. We picked out item up from there ourselves. The origanal Nasty woman.Stay clear of this company, and hey, big bosses, you know this is not the first complaint, fix your problem.
