YOU HAVE HAD OUR SHIPMENT 15 DAYS NOW SHIPPED FROM MICHIGAN ON THE 2ND. NOW I HAVE HEARD FROM YOUR 1-800 # THEY CANNOT LOCATE THE SHIPMENT. THE TRACKING INFO SAYS ITS BEEN ON THE DOCK IN GLENMONT NY TERMINAL SENSE 3/10/17 FRIDAY 20MIN DRIVE FROM HERE. ITS NOW 3/17/17 BEEN THERE A FULL WEEK. STILL NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN ITS COMING THEY LOST IT

This company is the worst shipping company I have ever worked with. They hold merchandise as long as possible. They dont care about the customer. I had an order that say in Maybrook, NY for 4 days when it was just over 1 hour from its destination. Walmart should stop using them. Their standards are the lowest possible.

Packaged arrive at YRC on 8/2. Has still not been delivered, although they promise it will everyday. Going to try to pick it up myself tomorrow.
