After recently relocating internationally from NY to Panama, I was quite nervous about entrusting everything I owned for transport via container to a company I didnt know nor through a process I had any prior knowledge about. I found K-Int. through a google search and blindly requesting a quote. Brenda responded to my quote request almost immediately and was incredibly helpful from that moment on. She clearly understands the entire international shipping business and is very knowledgeable. Not only that, she responded to all of my questions in a timely manner no matter how simple or complicated they may have been to me. Never having done this type of shipment before, I found it to be quite stressful. However, Brendas customer service expertise help to set me at ease and totally entrust in her and the company. In total honesty, I learned a lot from her high level of customer service and am grateful for her help all along the way. Her level of service stands out as one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. As such, I have highly recommended her and her company to several of my friends here in Panama and will continue to do so. I am VERY impressed!

K International negligence & continuous failure to do the work for which they charged me caused growing losses to me and minor children. 2 months after the date of scheduled delivery my shipment is NOT even getting closer to destination! These people are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and caused my and my two little children to become HOMELESS as all our furniture and personal items are GONE and we lost over $20,000 with these HIGHWAY ROBBERS of a company. I made over 70 calls, and 60 emails. Every time I ask to speak to owner / manager I get transferred to the same woman who caused all the problems in the first place JULIA SIRKIS and she always promises container will get there but she never does anythign so container just seats in a yard in transit in Europe. ABSOLUTE WORST NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!!!

Our employees did everything in their power to help Ms. Nevtonova. Unfortunately her shipment was held up by German and Russian customs while in transit to Russia. Ms. Nevtonova filed twice frivolous lawsuits against K International which we vigorously defended. K International prevailed and Ms. Nevtonova was awarded nothing in both cases. On each day of our hearings, Ms. Nevtonova had numbers of unrelated hearings against major luxury goods producers and other entities. Since then we have also learned that she has filed suits against numerous parties on other matters, including insurance companies. We are still receiving phone calls from other victims of Ms. Nevtonova including an insurance company and a hotel chain sharing our experiences. Ms. Nevtonova is clearly a serial litigator.

I must in all honesty, say this company returned my first phone call immediately, walked me through the paperwork and gave me several options of shipment. Anya Nevtonova, I understand your frustration but Delay in transit is an unpredictable event, its the steamship line / carrier / shipping line that controls the transit time and container transfer at transshipment ports, not the booking agent / forwarder..This could happen with any other forwarder, I know what I am telling you, I have been in logistics field for 12 years... Have you received your stuff yet ? hope you get your household items and settle down soon..
