DO NOT GO HERE! The worst customer service! Both of the men working here are horribly rude... so much that I had to walk out before I became disrespectful in return. Not only did they treat us poorly, but my husband had to help one of their customers who needed assistance. She was an elderly woman who needed to print some documents, but was not computer savvy. They wouldnt come out from around the counter to physically assist her, so my husband had to do their jobs for them. Unbelievable. I am so thankful we didnt get our mailbox with them. Nor would I recommend anyone use their services. They couldnt even overnight our package. This is not a UPS and they should consider pulling their affiliation with this man. You own a business, sir. Do you even WANT customers? Then you should be relatively polite to people who enter your business.

Be warned. This is not UPS. This is Mailboxes Etc. Very poor customer service handling a package that was damage during shipping by UPS. Since this is not the same company they each point fingers at each other and no one seems to want to make the customer happy. The customer is always right. The owner of this UPS Store could learn a thing or two about this philosophy. Ive shipped twice from this location and both times the package was damaged during shipping. Expensive surcharges apply if you have them pack an item for you. You think its the normal cost of shipping but theyre really marking up the UPS rate to make their $$s. You have been warned.

Service is substandard.....if it can even be called service. When we went the guy working the desk was openly watching pornography on YouTube on the screen behind the desk and the one for the customers on the floor. He had it on both depending upon where he was working he could keep watching it. He also had no clue about international shipping and we had to tell him how to do his job! This was over a year ago, I hope he was fired!

Im not one to complain, however as someone who works in customer service my experience was unacceptable. Was "attended" to by a man named John who was snarling, huffing, snapping at me to move things with hand gestures while he was on the phone, and getting mad at me when I didnt understand. Will never come back again, nor recommend this business to anyone.

Easy to drop off and ship packages, but need some improvement in customer service. Yes, very pricey if they handle packaging.
