Terrible company! Ordered a sofa through World Market (and they use this company for delivery in my area!). The delivery was scheduled on a Friday between 8AM-1PM. The delivery still hadnt arrived by 6:30PM! Called the delivery company twice during the day only to hear from an unapologetic rude lady that the driver is running late. They should have made the call in the first place! Called at 6:30PM again and the guy told me to call back on Monday morning and just forwarded me to the voice mail system! I will NOT be ordering any furniture through World market as long as they use SEKO as the delivery company in my area! Will not recommend it to my friends and family either and of course, it goes without saying that I will NEVER use SEKO Logistics for any of my delivery. They have ZERO respect for customers time!

Needed a package within 5 days. On the fifth day (the estimated delivery date) I still had not received a call to schedule to delivery. I called and they told me they handed the package off to a different shipping company that morning, meaning there was no possible way they could get the package to me that day, or even the next few days as it was Friday. I know some of this is out of their control but if they say that the estimated delivery date is a certain day, they should not hand it off to a different shipping company that morning as there is no way it will be delivered that day.

So I ordered a patio set at end of May, 2016 and still have not received it! Seems no one could find the original order. Then messaged out of stock, then messaged back in stock, Home Depot reordered it. Said it was en-route to me NOT never received it, next message, lost in transit, they reordered it with a 15% discount — still dont have this order. Went into store yesterday to try to find out what is going on — supposedly en-route to Tiverton, where I live, still dont know where the hell this this is? Not here!

Terrible. Purchased a mattress and scheduled a delivery day and time online with SEKO. Called them that morning to confirm. Mattress never came because they handed it off to a different freight company. That company claimed to know nothing about scheduled times and because I didnt answer their phone call, they left the mattress on the dock. I missed two days of work because of logistics incompetence.

Ordered patio furniture over a month ago & still havent received it. I guess they are well known for losing orders. They need to learn how to keep papers in order or hire new staff that cares about the customers that have paid already. I highly DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!
