These guys are great and very helpful. I see a few poor reviews, and unfortunately when it comes to shipping etc, companies like this are often at the mercy of the the carrier. Even if you have an item that is insured it can still take time for the company/carrier to issue a credit. My company ships thousands of packages a year, and its just part of the deal...

High cost and slower than USPS. I can not believe there are still so many of them. I use UPS to expect fast delievery, and it turns out to be the slowest I have ever imagined.
