Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customer service personnel "Jada" spoke over me when I was trying to explain the situation and then refused to believe me when I said I have ZERO missed calls from them in order to schedule a delivery. THEN when I became frustrated she HUNG UP on me and kept doing so until I repeatedly asked for a supervisor. She then claimed she "scheduled my delivery" but then changed her story saying that the supervisor would schedule it. BTW the supervisor has yet to call me back! Thank goodness Overstock customer service is not as awful and was able to schedule it online for me. Avoid CEVA at all costs.

Ordered a bed from Overstock who uses Ceva. After no contact for weeks, I found their webpage which showed my order had been delivered to their facility 3 weeks ago. I never got a call. So I scheduled a delivery for today online. I took off an unpaid half day from work to be here, but they never came. Their reason: since I scheduled online on Christmas eve, the dispatched wasnt there to put it into the system. Hello? Then why did their website let me schedule it? Why did the site show a confirmed date of today? So everyone who schedules online when the dispatcher isnt there will never get a delivery? I returned it to Overstock.

one of the worst carrier you can have to get your products delivered. i always had excellent experience with Amazon and their product always arrived on the promised date and sometimes sooner. My most recent order was sent through Ceva, and messed up everything. Ceva was going to deliver the product 5 days later than the promised date. Whats frustrating was - they had the shipment at their facility hardly 25 miles away from delivery location, yet they said the delivery will happen only after 5 days. I will either stop buying large size items from Amazon or these guys have to stop using Ceva

Amazon needs to do better by its customers. Ceva is the worst freight company I have had the misfortune of dealing with in my adult life. Local customer service, Boston, is beyond rude and the national number had me on hold for 45 minutes before telling me they were going to transfer me the Boston group. Package was delayed 3 days and I had to fight with them to agree to bring it one day sooner. All of this and I only live about 10 miles from the facility where my box has been sitting for two days.

Nothing like taking time off of work to be there for your 5 hour appointment window (which was confirmed the night before and during the window by the company over the phone) only to have them not show up, or call or send an email indicating they cant make it. Based on my experiences and seeing the other reviews, I hope a company with customer service and basic decency comes along and puts you out of business.

Absolute worst freight company Ive ever dealt with. Im a project manager and deal with many different shipping companies and this is hands down the worst. My delivery was missed 4 times, I was hung up on twice, received a bunch of attitude about my shipment, and when it finally did deliver, the box was mangled and pieces were broken. So it showed up 3 weeks late and damaged. Thanks.

Package not delivered on estimated day, with no notice or warning. Not having the option of leaving the house for a half day to wait for a delivery which doesnt happen is very frustrating.

Terrible company, use DHL or UPS to export, or you will put in trouble the person in destination. Specially for Spanish exportations.
