Part time gig at night. Good folks and supervisors on my shift. Priorities are #1 Safety, #2 Dont mess up the customers freight, #3 Operational efficiency. Dont always get it right, but everyone I work with tries to do their best. Given the work conditions and wages, pretty amazing actually. The level of performance expectations among co-workers is way higher than a lot of past jobs. I had zero experience. My co-workers taught me how to do the job safely and didnt let me screw up (too badly). They must have the patience of Job. Its union, so compensation/job security arent the prime reasons. It seems just to be organic in the culture of the workers. Like I mentioned, not everyday is golden, but most of us do care just because its the right thing to do. Guess thats why Im writing this review.

If i could give this terminal a negative amount of stars then i would. Having to give them 1 is even painful. They screwed up our shipment and we have YET to see it. not only did they not care but when I spoke directly with Brian at this Southborough, MA terminal to express my concern about it not delivering and him saying it would take atleast 2 additional days to deliver (mind you, our customers machine is down and they are waiting for this shipment and he knew that) he said to me" I am going to think about you when i kill myself tonight" then laughed an hung up on me. Never in my LIFE have i encountered such terrible service all around and such rude personnel.

Its a small tight yard. Dont go around back, youll pay hell getting it turned around. Nice folks in the office.
